Our experience was good … but repeatedly they ruined 2 pullover and 2 trousers of my wife ( rather expensive dresses) and we inquired they kept telling us non sense trying to put the blame on us like any common cheap buiseness .. last we were told that somebody from the administration will call us but nobody did …. للاسف تجربتنا معاهم الاخيره سيءه للغايه حيث تم تدمير بنطلون و بولوڤر لزوجتي ولما حاولنا الاستفسار وًالاستنكار تم تسويف الموقف و اخيرا تم تحويلنا الي الاداره وقيل لنا انهم حيتصلوا بينا و لم يتم هذا يعني بالعربي اصبح المكان غير موثوق به

Becareful if you are going to send expensive items for this laundry.. Worst experience ever i used to deal with this laundry for more than 3 years and now they insist put some addons like spot removal etc.. Which causing dryness and discomfort cloth and they don’t care except adding extra few money to bill.

المكان كان ممتاز لكن للاسف مستواه نزل جدا ومابقاش في امانه ،مرتين ورا بعض بعد ما يستلموا اللبس يبعتولي ان اللبس كان فيه مشكلة ، مره كان مقطوع ومره كان لون القميص باهت مع انهم في الاستلام فرزوه وماقلوش اي ملاحطات وواضح انه باظ منهم

إنهم أفضل مكان لغسل وتنظيف أي شيء، لكنني أعطيتهم 4 نجوم فقط لأنهم لا يملكون نقاط بيع وأسعارهم باهظة جدًا، وعليهم إحضار واحدة على وجه السرعة لأن فواتيرهم ليست رخيصة على الإطلاق.

They are the best dry clean ever, the service is well done, crew are very nice and polite. Onwrs are gentlemen who know how to run business.

Good service, but a bit expensive. There’s one time I got an iron mark on a dress, and another time a tiny cut in the fabric.

The service is below average they don’t respect the pick time however i paid extra fee to take it earlier …
