They really need to change their Branch Manager. I’ve been to this branch 5 times and every time there is a disgruntled customer waiting in his office and/or yelling at him for some problem with the services this branch provides. I myself have been experiencing such difficulties with this branch. It’s emotionally painful to go here. Because this is a branch review, I’m going to keep it at that, however, as a bank, I would say they have good processes in place so you seldom have to visit the branch.

I went there to open an individual saving account but there was a guy on the reception told me on the front counter that i have to deposit 200000 rupee. I asked him that u have to give me proper details he didn't even asked me to sit down i traveled far for that specifice branch but he didn't entertained me well even didn't gave me a piece of information.

Never really been to the branch itself but the adjoining space for ATM and CDM are cool; and ones that I often frequent. The best part is that it’s surrounded by other banks, so you also have many alternates although I never really needed one. Plus, there’s always a guard here: so you can maybe feel comparatively securer with higher cash.

Excellent Customer Relationship. Special Appreciations for Mr. Haseeb, Mr. Hasan Latif, Mr. Shahab, Ms. Madeha Qasim, Ms. Zara, Mr. Saboor, and Mr. Ramazan Shah. Priority Banking services are remarkable. I would recommend Standard Chartered without any reservations.

I have visited the branch last Saturday and met Mr.Ubaid. Asked some query and he told me that I have written down all your concern and will let you know about it by Monday. And mashaAllah didn't receive any call till now. Great staff must say.

Third class branch manager ridiculous cashier if you guys are closing many branches with other reasons this branch deserve closing for the right reason worst ever branch of this much higher prestigious banking group

No on ever picks up the listed number. I have many numbers of the officers as well and they never pick up as well. It is amazing how a bank of this stature can ignore phone calls

It has CMS for cash and cheque. However cheque deposit machine is inside the bank and not accessible after office hours.

Standard chartered Akbar chowk branch staff is not cooperative,even they does not have sufficient space for customers
