As of 1st November 2023 the new airport has opened and now the hotel has no access to the airport terminal directly. You need to take an old shuttle bus which they only provide once per hour and they fill it with people as much as possible till there is no oxygen inside. We have booked the hotel as we wanted a direct access from the terminal some months ago, and there was no information regarding this change and we learnt when we arrived to the airport and we had to figure out how to find a way to reach the hotel. The hotel should have informed their guests and offer them an option to cancel it or maybe compensate this change somehow. The rooms were clean but old furniture and the beds were not comfortable. Under this circumstances it doesn’t worth the money they asked.

Stayed with family for vacation for couple of days. Front desk staff were super friendly. Noted down a few names purely based on their service: Aswin at front desk was outstanding from day one. He was the key reason we were able to book a desert safari on a day when we had no activities planned. Be sure to ask front desk for travel ideas. Vangari was helpful with our room needs. Yousuf was very helpful with printing out some travel docs we needed and holding on to our luggage when we went to Dubai and returned back to stay for rest of our travel. Forgot the name of the shuttle driver, super helpful chap. We had two carts full of luggage and he helped us all the way into the airport. This location is great if you are visiting/ transiting, etc. Thank you

If you are stranded at the airport and need a room then this is available. Like nearly all airport hotels be prepared to pay a premium price for a room you may only be in for several hours. The room was clean and comfortable however and I cannot fault the check in staff. They are merely doing their job. I wonder about the men who had "arranged" themselves in the lobby, shoes off and feet on coffee tables. Was this because they wouldn't book a room?

Visited on work purpose. Stayed over for 2 months. One of the best hotel experience. Felt like a second home away from home. All the staffs from the house keeping, cleaning and to the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful. The 24 hour service with over the clock availability for all kinds of requests and help were great. The front desk staffs were really sweet and positive and great customer relations and handling. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Premier Inn for just one night for a transit stopover. I was so grateful to be able to sleep in a bed rather than spend the night in the airport. It was so easy to get to the hotel from the airport and the staff were so helpful and friendly at check-in and check-out. I was well rested for my connecting flight the next day and I made my way to the airport incredibly easily. Overall I had a great stay. This is a great place to stay especially if you have a stopover.

I stayed here on the last day of my trip in Abu Dhabi and i am very happy with that decision This hotel is situated next to the departure terminal, so it was very easy to me to catch my morning flight and i dont have to be in a rush. The room is modern and comfortable with a bathtub which is a plus for me. And not to mention the delicious breakfast, the breakfast in this hotel so far became the most delicious meal that i have in Abu Dhabi. Keep on good work and thank you so much!

Such a nice place! The location is very convenient, the stuff is very helpful: the young man that checked us in (December, 15; around 6 pm. Couldn’t remember his name, because it was quite exotic to me) was extremely nice. The rooms are equipped with all the essentials. Didn’t have a chance to check out the breakfast, but they are also good for sure. The hotel provides shuttle from/to the airport, which is also very useful and the driver was very helpful. Thanks for the experience!

Very good hotel and excellent service especially by Arun at the reception. I am in the same profession but I was delighted to see his work ethics. The room was also good and cleanliness was up to the mark. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the lift system which does not work well with the cards that they provide. They should definitely change their lift system of card swiping as it takes multiple attempts to start it. Overall, it's a 5 on 5 hotel.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, which is all one can ask for, for a layover before a next flight connection. The only amenities provided are bath/shampoo gel. If you forget to bring a toothbrush, you have to call for housekeeping to have it delivered. The staff are friendly and helpful, should you need any help. My stay on 2 different occasions was fuss free and I had a very good impression of the hotel. It is extremely convenient when rushing for your flight to your next destination.

I landed at 11:00. They had tinny van to pick up with an hour break. It was full, I went to taxi, this is fairly distance from airport. Reception staff was good. I paid $189 for a night but when I booked showed $120. There was no shampoo, no tooth paste, water tape in room was not working, no hair brush, no shoes no sleeping dress. Poor service, cheat in price, Pathetic airport pick up. Never wish to come back. They overcharged what price I had booking

Location used to be good, but now the new Terminal is about 10 minutes from the airport by car it is less convenient. There is a free shuttle but only hourly and max 23 passengers. However, rooms/beds were cozy and as a family we got interconnected rooms which was handy!

I was in a long connection and then I decided to stay in a hotel near the airport. It seems that before it was connected to the airport but after the inauguration of the new terminal A, it is about 7,2Km from the terminal. The service is very good. Mr. Santos took a good care of cleaning and supplying the room with the things I needed,

Rooms are decent, location is convenient if using the shuttle. However, hotel hospitality is not upto the mark as they don't even help you with your luggage. You are at your own. They don't even have or offer trolley to carry big bags across hotel as it is big so you have to walk a lot to reach if you get room to sides

Although the room shower and sink had low water pressure in our connected rooms, the overall rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.The check in and out process was fast and very easy to transition to and from the airport terminal. Very pleased and satisfied. Highly recommend a stay of any kind.

Flights arrive on terminal A and you must take the free hotel's bus shuttle. Problem is the bus has limited number of seats and it runs hourly. The hotel is OK, close to the airport, clean room, comfortable beds, good night sleep.
