Town hall has E Khidmat markaz In which you can submit files for Domicile License and Certificates The National Bank of Punjab Which sumits fee is just on the left of E khidmat markaz there is a narrow street type way you will see a sign of NBP (Round Circle sign) OR ask anyone he will guide you Actually the town hall e markaz open at 9:00 am- 3pm. Be fast as there are lines for bank depoists And after that if you have got a file from Kachaery(civil police station in front of civil lines islamia college) . You can make deposit of 200 rs and after that attaching of challan you can go to the verificatiom or reception of e khidmat there they will check your docs and verify all things attached and attested be sure everyhting is complete or they will spoil you valueable time. After the success of verification they wil ask you yo get a token get a token And after that you can wait for turn inside there are counters you can go to any counter and ask them for domicile and submit them they will update database of e khidmat punjab and collect your thumb prints on bank slip form and computerized form .After Rechecking all the fields ask them to submit . And they will give you a slip for 16 days waiting . Then you can come and collect your form . For Police Clearance Go to Kachaery (civil police station on abdul qadir road) and inside SSP office ask the desk to give you form for PCC . They will give you the certificate Attach the Required attested docs and in the time go to the Liberty traffic police office or Arfa e khidmat markaz (they will spoil your time by saying you have beard and this pic you are shaved and blaa blaa) and then give fresh pics just 2-3 hours back .submit the form give 100 to TCS charges and you are set to take pic and then you are free.. They dont give full instructions on what to do and how but they have made E khidmat markaz whuch take alot of time .. But give you a printes doc just with a paper no proper certificated and long validity ...

It is the biggest Metro corporation building in Lahore administrative the Lahore through this building all major offices of the local government are situated in town hall There are two banks in it the bank of Punjab and the national Bank of Pakistan Nadra khidmat markaz is also in it The birth certificate registration office is also in this building The driver licens service office is also in town hall The office of the Mayor of the Lahore is also situated in this building The fire brigade control unit is also situated in this building The regulation branch is also in it Office of the deputy Director social welfare district Lahore is also in it The special branch office is also in it Deputy commissioner Lahore is the administrator of this building E khidmat markaz is also here The prime Minister complaint cell is also here Metro corporation Lahore head office is in this The chief executive officer of metro corporation Lahore is sitting here All offices of local government are established in this town hall The district education officer of special education Punjab is also here

It was good experience at town hall facilitation centre for submitting an application to get domicile of my daughter. Good sitting arrangements inside the centre as well as outside for applicants and their relatives who accompanied applicants. There was token system for calling applicants at counters through announcements. One suspicious thing I noted was sending of some applicants to counters without token numbers. The guides were calling some applicants by name and then sending them directly to counters. It seems they were there with some reference of any mighty people and that was why they were being sent to counters without any tokens. However, overall experience was good.

Town Hall Lahore ( Now called as Jinnah Hall ) is situated on T-Junction of Lower Mall and The Mall, Lahore. Built in 1890 during the British rule. Gothic style architecture just like many other buildings of Lahore, e.g. Aitchison College, High Court, GPO, Punjab University, Lahore Museum and Government College. Offices of Lahore Muncipal Committee, which eventually is upgraded now as City District Government of Lahore (CDGL) are located in this building. The mail hall of the complex is used for local government sessions. Offices of Fire Brigade are also within the compound of this complex.

I was there for my DOMILCILE, the madam on the front desk was really professional in her work and very polite, inside were computer operators, they were not so fast but good in attitude, I think that the staff should be more polite with people, and there should be clear guidelines about how to receive out token, Moreover I still prefer digital revolution in Pakistan and all the complex documentations for the process should be dismissed.

14 August happy independence day Town Hall! Originally built as Victoria Jubilee Town Hall dedicated to the joyful memory of the fiftieth year of the reign of "Queen Victoria"! The building was begun in February 1887. Its foundation stone was laid by Charles Aitchison, Lieut. Governor of the Punjab, and the opening took place with great fanfare and ceremony attended by Prince Albert Victor on February 3, 1890.

بلدیہ لاہور کا مرکزی آفس۔ لوکل گورنمنٹ سے متعلقہ بہت سے دفاتر یہاں واقع ہیں۔تحصیل سٹی، لاہور کا ڈومیسائل کا آفس بھی یہاں واقع ہے جو کہ صبح نو بجے سے لیکر رات بارہ بجے تک کھلا رہتا ہے۔ یہ ایک خوبصورت عمارت ہے جو کہ انگریزوں کے زمانے کی ہے۔ عمارت کے سامنے ایک وسیع ہرا بھرا لان ہے۔ اس عمارت میں نیشنل بینک آف پاکستان اور پنجاب بینک کی برانچیں بھی موجود ہیں۔

Visited Police Khidmat Markaz, that was wonderful experience. Polite, ambient staff a d cooperative staff. One suggestion for people, take all required docs and don't argue/request them to do with requirements. They are answerable too. People waste a lot of time and energy on this

A nice colonial building that has its glory to date. It is the center of some ten different offices and is thronged by people on daily basis. More than being a town hall for the people of the city, it is the seat of bureaucracy and red tape.

It's not a special place its just a simple place for making your domicile or other documents. There is a national bank with a very lenghty line of peoples and the bank workers are very slow . Peoples whom work there are not so helping. …

I visit today Town Hall facility centre but sadly stated that the staff in this centre are very much non coprative and and thier attitude is not good with old citozen.I am 66 year old and come back with bad imperrasion of the staff.

Town Hall is an old place may be some 100 years ago but it looks same as it is. Local government of Lahore operates from here. There is One window to apply your requests i.e building maps, domiciles etc etc. Must visit it.

E khidmat Markaz is good place butt there token system is not good at all, runs very slowly, and it's takes to much long time to change. I request you please update your token system.

Bad Experience: Come for polio drops during Ramazan. First tell timing is up to 1 PM in Ramazan. Later once arrived say we have also service after Iftari. Poor service: nothing
