I'm not going to this gym anymore bcz: 1. No Security: I was out of Dhaka and my shoe was in the personal locker which key was with me. They repair all the locker and my shoe went lost. I asked them about my shoe and they said sorry. 2. Trainer: Trainer is always busy with his mobile and Facebook. Doesn't concern about the member. And it worst when now member are doing wrong exercise and he doesn't correct them. He is so arrogant. 3. Office Staffs: Mr Zakir is office staffs of this gym. Lack of courtesy and gentleness make him special. Seems he is the owner of this gym.

As a gym lover, this gym is such a great place and gym to be at! Have been here since the past year, and the place never disappoints. You have separate spaces for men and women, but you can also do it at the men's section if you want. I love the atmosphere. Every machine you need to grow muscles is available. I spend 3 hours everyday at this place. The packages are cheap compared to the services they offer. Thanx InShape.

Poor quality/ old - worn out gym equipments. The trainers aren’t helpful and staff are very unprofessional. You’ll find the AC to be off most of the times and most of the things they advertise their gym with, either: doesn’t work or doesn’t exist. Find a better gym, wouldn’t recommend this one.

I am a regular member of this gym... Environment is good and clean...They have enough instruments for body building activities. I will definitely recommend.

A great gym with modern equipments and great trainers. They also provide facilities like steam bath, sauna, massages! Separate sections for male and female!

I have been going here for two years. Good gym and people! Although most equiments are quite old, they brought new machines, and the gym is very spacious!

Worn out but has a large space, not that crowdy, has water cooler, shower, sauna and lockers. Good amount of equipment available.
