Very poor service. Once I asked for bank statement and solvency certificate but they had no clue how to write it. I had to write it myself on their pc after waiting two hours then they copied it on a torn brown paper as they excused not having proper headed letter pad which was the main reason of my UK visa refusal. After one year I had to visit there again for the statement on a good quality paper which made me wait till 8pm though the bank was closed by 5pm. I would not recommend anybody to open bank account there nor I will visit. The review I am writing today which I experienced 9 years ago still I cannot forget those miserable moments. Ohh at once they made me visit their regional head office where I was clearly told they couldn’t do anything for me unless the branch office do the job.
