তাদের সার্ভিস ভালো মনে হয়েছে। অনেকে রিভিউতে লিখেছে তাদের ব্যবহার এবং সার্ভিস খুব খারাপ। পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিয়ে নাকী অনেক ভোগান্তি পোহাতে হয়, অনেক দিন নাকী যেতে হয় একটি পার্সেলের জন্যে৷ আসলে তেমন কিছুই না। তাদের ব্যবহার এবং সার্ভিস খুবই ভালো লেগেছে আমার কাছে। তারা অনেক হেল্পফুল। ডেলিভারি রুমে যে কাউকে পার্সেলের বিস্তারিত সহ OTP বললেই তারা খুজে বের করে ডাটা এন্ট্রি করে পার্সেল হ্যান্ড ওভার করে। তবুও যে কেনো সবাই এতো নেগেটিভ কথা বলে আমি বুঝি না।

People were friendly but it seems like they don't have cart to move product boxes, They are moving boxes by throwing from one corner to the other, when they don't even know what's inside the box. দারাজের নামে অনেকের অনেক কমপ্লেন শুনি, কিন্তু রাজশাহীতে যে পয়েন্ট, এটার সার্ভিস মোটামুটি ভালো। এখন পর্যন্ত জাস্ট একজন কর্মচারীর একদিনের কথা একটু অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ লাগছে। যদিও এতোটুকু কম্প্রোমাইজ করাই যায়, কারণ ততটাও রুড ছিলোনা। হয়তো বিচ্ছিন্ন কোনো কারণে বিরক্ত ছিলেন। এমনে সাধারণত উনাদের সার্ভিস ঠিকঠাক লেগেছে আমার কাছে।
