The employee are not well trained. They are doing there job as like they are working in their home kitchen. They think they own the office. If you call over telephone they don’t reply. If you want to take your interest from your savings certificate you have to wait long in a long queue. There is one person who responsible to give you the interest and he takes so long to do his work. In general the customer satisfactions are always being ignored in this office. If you want to justify it just wait 10 minutes in queue and you can hear from the person in front and behind of you. You prepare yourself to accept all these things before going there.

বনানী সাব পোষ্ট অফিসটি দারুন একটি লোকেশনে অবস্থিত। বনানী এবিসি টাওয়ারের পাশে ডাচ বাংলা ব্যাংকের উল্টোদিকে অবস্থিত বলে এখানে যাতায়াত ব্যবস্থা খুবই সহজ। বর্তমানে পোষ্ট অফিসগুলোর বেহাল দশা হলে ও এই অফিসটি কিছুটা ব্যতিক্রম। এখানে এখনও প্রচুর মানুষ আসে তাদের বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনে এবং কাংঙ্খিত সেবা নিয়ে ফিরে যাচ্ছেন। তাই প্রতিদিনই কর্মব্যস্ত দিন কাটে এখানকার কর্মকর্তাদের।

Banani post office was permanently located in Kakoli, Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka 1213. But for their building's construction, they have shifted their office in a nearby location temporarily. It's a government owned agency. For better service, the authority should focus on the organization more carefully.

Worst! Unusable post office, no ink available like Mirpur post office. Can not send International mail. দেশের কি খারাপ অবস্থা! মিরপুর ডাকঘরে গেলাম, ওখানে ওদের কালি নাই একমাস ধরে। বনানীর ডাকঘড়ে আসলাম, এখানেও এদের কালি নাই! দেশের বাইরে কোনো মেইল পাঠানো যায়না। টাকা এরা নিজেদের পকেটে ভরে, থাকবে কিভাবে! অচল ডাকবিভাগ।

Like many public sector building is quite run down and not very clean, however I was able to get some cooperative help from one of the employees who appears to be well educated and motivated to do the work. He was able to process my international delivery request and explain all the details accordingly.

Once upon a time it was one of the busiest post offices in Dhaka. Time has changed and it has lost its past glory. It is not busy anymore. But you can send parcel, money orders, buy stamps, get ems service and other postal related service from here. It opens only on working days.

Staff is cooperative, I visited this place to buy postal stamps for collection, Only 2 type of stamps were available

It's a post office, where many people coming for deposit their money because,it's give high interest then bank.

I went there @ 4pm,they informed me they stop their business by 2:30pm.Even though the office hour 9-5.

It is one of the oldest post office in Gulshan / Banani area with all facilities of mails .

My parcels lost twice. Still using this post office when there are no option.
