Very Unprofessional and worst after sales service, and I bought one reading table, one computer table and one office chair from Ring Road Branch, Shamoli. The first chair got damaged within 2 days, which was 17000 tk, then I returned and ordered a new one, added 5000 tk more for that one. After 5 days, they sent a Used chair. And after complaining so many times, they took the chair back and wanted to give a new ones. But after 15 days later, they sent the same chair with new wrapping. lol People are not stupid nowadays. When you complain about anything, they shows their stupid formality and so many excuses. Be carful before buying from Brothers Furniture's. Specially the manager's behavior, when customer complains.

Very bad experience with Brothers Furniture. Delivered wrong design furniture and didn’t able to deliver the right design later. Delivered scratched furniture, didn’t able to replace. The worst part was their behaviour which was so nice before sell and showed their true face afterward. Few of their characteristics are- they don’t return any product after sell even they delivered wrong or defective products, they can’t deliver on time, frequently change their commitment, they show an attitude that they don’t even care law enforcement agencies, they are very proud that still their business increases. Eventually we have able to get full payment back after struggling for couple of weeks.

Bunch of frauds (including manager himself) are there in the panthapath branch. No sense of commitment. Rude behavior of the staff. Kept my money for one week giving me a false hope of providing a center table but could not provide. Later harassed while returning my money. Most importantly they don't have any sense of regret.

They have the worst service and worst furnitures ever. Made couple of mistakes while making a bed. The drawers of the almira keep falling off again and again. They will call you 5 times a day to pay the money but you won't find them when you need the service.

Delays on delivery.. Got falty mattress.. Did change it after 17 days.. Had to call 2/3 tyms day.. Dont recommend this place..
