Cost effective, equipments are enough if you go to the gym in day time. But after evening it always gets too much crowded. You won't be able to find any space or proper equipment. Another thing is, there is no perking facility and the gym itself on the 5th floor, without any lift.

The gym is very crowded, you can't be able to walk properly which is very annoying along with that this gym got the most worst equipments in the world.
