Munshi express parcel service is the worst parcel service in Bangladesh ! First of all their office locations are totally off the grid and off the centre of the city. If you go to their location from the center of the city by cng, you will lose another 250-300 taka ! Secondly, they take extra money for condition products and don't have any official slip or receipt for doing so. I order a small package which was in condition. Product was 2,700 taka. They charged extra 100 for courier charge which is fine. But then they charged me extra 150 taka saying it was the charge for the money they will send to the seller ! And when i asked to show me receipt for that, they just smiled and side talked their way out of it. I mean i know other courier service take V.D charge but usually the amount is between 30-40 taka for a parcel of 2500-2600 taka. I don't recommend anybody to use their service

একেবারে বাজে পার্সেল সার্ভিস এখানকার জে লোক আছে উনাকে কল দিলে অভদ্র ব্যবহার করেন কিছু পার্সেল করতে গেলে এক্সট্রা টাকা খুঁজেন আর কিছু পার্সেল করতেই চান না এতই বাজে সার্ভিস
