You can find anything that ever crosses your mind for a day-to-day basis grocery shopping such as vegetables, fruits, spices, canned food, meat, fish, chips, chocolate, juice, coke, cheese, even fancy gifts like expensive chocolates, diaries, pens also a vibrant makeup corner with branded lipstick, eyeshadow, brow pencils, eye-liner, foundation, concealer. They also have a range of artwork and crafts such as pastel colours, colouring book, water colours etc even a toy corner. They also have a fancy dress corner, where you can find underwears and comfy dresses for daily - basis. It is truly an all-in-one shop. The produces are fresh and exchangeable.aybw that is why it is so popular. Then what prevents me from rating it a 5 out of 5 stars? The staffs. Well, it can be their paycheck or the pathetic job to deal with all kinds of people in a counter, but for whatever reason they always come across rude. Particularly the ones at the cash. I hope Shwapno Authority will keep this one demerit in mind and keep their staffs satisfied and trained, so that they do not take out the anger of the management over the customers.

We've been shopping from swapno greenroad branch for last 5/6 years , last week we went to swapno and my sister was carrying a handbag that had open design , when she was entering she confirmed the incharge woman that her all purses and phone and keys are in the bag so she wants to carry it , we entered and were looking at some items , another woman came and grabbed her arm and took the hand bag almost forcefully , and she took the bag snatching it from her and opened the bag without asking !!!! She was acting like we took something !!! I was apalled by her behavior, i mean they have a very uneducated and unprofessional staffs !! We called the manager , he simply said sorry and ignored the matter .. he said nothing to the lady for such harrassment ! We won't be going there anymore . If you guys ever face such harrassment please raise your voice ! These people should learn how to behave !

Good place to buy daily needs such as grocery items, cosmetic items, kids food, beverages and many more. Main drawback is that the price is about 5-10% higher than local open markets or grocery shops and also 5%VAT will be added to overall total price. So, on average you will pay about 10% higher price compared to local markets if the good available there. Only positive thing is that some of the items are not available in local shops such as foreign items. So, I suggest, if the product available in local shops, you should not buy anything from here unless you like to buy some foreign brat food and cosmetic items.

It's a packed full store & has very wide range of products. They have many branches in Dhaka but I think this one is busier. Located in a very convenient place in Dhaka. Parking facility is not enough. Long queue in front of billing counter is very annoying in peak hour. Often during sales season one gets genuine good offers like discounted price, buy one get one, buy two get one, Friday / Saturday / holiday special price. Membership card holder get 1 point for each 100Tk purchase. Recommended for people who are looking for wide choices of reasonably priced products in a nice ambiance.

They sell every household needs starting from fruits and vegetables to snacks, dresses, toiletries and a lot more. There live fish is the best. For me l suggest to always buy meat and fish from the store not online because if we buy from store then we can see customize it the way we want such as small, medium or large pieces. They give offers & discounts on weekends & holidays which is the best . Overall a wonderful shopping experience in Shwapno.

This a chain super shop. Largest of it's own kind in Bangladesh. They offer almost all household goods. They also have raw vegetables, fish, beef, mutton, chicken, koel birds. They offer varieties of fishes and they cut and clean them if you ask. They also offer chicken in ready pieces and whole chicken both. They usually gives offer in different kind of foods and daily need goods. Service is also average. Downside is they don't offer good foreign products. They take credit cards and cash both.

Swspno super outlet under ACI group.this outlet is populAr among all the outlets in dhanmondi region. Located at southern part of green road near labaid hospital. Swapno life and swapno store both collection is found there. All kinds of groceries garments u will get there, for availing any offer u have to go friday and saturday. Wheelchair access also available.cash and card facilities also available here. As a member of swapno i suggest u to go this outlet for better service.

Like any other outlet of Shwapno, this out let is also arranged in a similar manner. The location of this one is very useful for a larger hinterland that covers a portion of Dhanmondi Residential Area as well, as there is no such outlet from Dhanmondi Road 1 to 8. It provides shopping trolley and baskets. Like other outlets, it is also slow in clearing the billing queues. They are extremely slow and inefficient. The system needs to be upgraded to ensure speedy disposal.

Poor service and even worse company policy. Bought a blender from this place and it was broken. Went next day to return / exchange the product but at the time they didn't have the same product in the stock. When I asked for refund they said I cannot get any refund I can only get something else and that to only from their house hold department. It's ridiculous. I will officially file a complain about them to the concerned authorities.

A good departmental store; reasonable prices; sometimes seasonal fruit price is lower than that of street fruit vendors; courteous employees. Giving 4 stars because of congested environment and lack of carefulness of the employees (for example I found an employee cleaning glass showcase containing meat and fish with ammonia based glass cleaner that was contaminating meat and fish as a result of spraying the cleaner on the glass!)

I like it. They have all kinds of goods from grocery to cosmetics. Accepts credit cards, DBBL Nexus, bKash payments. But I think they should take more space so it doesn't look messy. There should be more staffs to help the buyers finding the desired goods. Parking available at the basement or you can also park alongside the road for a short time. The ramp is bit high, so will be difficult for wheelchair.

it is one of the biggest outlet of this area.. mostly all types of expected product is available in here. i mean their collection is huge.. you will find discount specially in fri n satday. but its over crowded and you have to stand in the queue for a longer time though they have couple of counter which isn't appreciable.. one more thing, the behaviour of some salesperson is really bad.

This is a very good super shop in green road. You may buy your daily needs from here. Staffs are very good and their service and behaviour is excellent. Various kids game item is available here. Probably this one is the first shapwo store(if I am not wrong) atleast I have seen been introduced with shawpno through this store long back ago. They are super with product collection, stuff behaviour and customer service. Their product quality is top notch.good for daily grocery.

This is the only large super store in that area. Most of the times it's very crowded. Sales counters are not very efficient. The space is really small and sometimes it's really quite difficult to move with trolly. Always check the price and the expiry date on the products.

This outlet situated under the World University of Bangladesh main campus. I didn't found any special things or services here. It's like other shwapno's outlet. Price is high to me and products is as usual. Nothing special. Sometimes they offered some offers which is good.

Availability of house hold commodity is fine but at times smaller packages are not available. Introduction of new stalls restricted the free movement. 07:00 am opening time Instead of opening at 09:00 am would be much appreciated and helpful for the office going people.

This is one of the best Shopno you will find in Dhanmondi. It's a very big super shop and you will find everything you can think off. But for me, they don't monitor their products, specially, most of the time I found foreign cheese are expired.
