First: Their food is really good! Try their freshly cooked menu including soup! Believe me, you won't be disappointed! The problem is- the authority is not good, better to say bad at managing property! So, I think the higher authority team(not the serving staffs- they're very amicable, welcoming but staffs can't decide) should be changed entirely. They have enough staffs, but still the room standards, cleanliness, or time management ain't maintained properly. For eg: I've ordered food and then had to wait for more than an hour. While I was checking-in, I told 'em detailed plan. Still during check-out, I was surprised to see that the front desk folks had no idea that my bill was clear and kept me waiting for 10-15mintues just to get confirmation from manager and others. Like these two, there were many titbit faults I found, which will only add words and irritation in readers. So cutting it down. With the way they are running, the room charge is on the higher side. To match the rate, their service needs to be improved significantly! That's my honest review. Thank you!

On 24/09/2022 I booked this hotel at the counter for 4 of us. Room - 2 single bed in one and 2 single bed in the second room. At first had no towels and one room did not look like it was ready for new guests and did not have any sleepers. One colleague went to have shower and the made up shower room was Terrible as he couldn't have shower because the water pressure from the shower was really bad with almost no water ! We had lunch at the restaurant the food was over priced Specially the dal cost 300 taka I asked for a feedback from and the guy did not have a clue what I was talking about . The room costed us 5000 taka but the experience was not pleasant.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only thing I will advise is, if you're a light sleeper, ear plugs would be recommended because the highway is close by and the traffic in Dhakha is endless.

The staff at White Palace Hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They took great care to keep the hotel clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. The room had a very comfortable bed and was always kept clean. Although the room was on the smaller side, it didn't bother us much since we didn't spend a lot of time inside. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything we needed, and it provided a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, our experience at White Palace Hotel was pleasant, thanks to the cozy bed, friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The place is very good. And they are pretty welcoming. BUT they are running a scam. They will tell you that they accept different currency and when you arrive it will be a trap. They will make all sorts of stories and ultimately offer you a price for your international currency HALF OF what the real price is. So please don't think of them as very helping instead Google search money exchange shops, few are like 1 km away from this hotel and they provide authentic prices.. yes they won't be accurate but THEY WONT BE HALF EITHER.

Very BAD experience I had . After reading those reviews I saw lots people had same experience like me. Unprofessional con people you’ll see there. These people are related to the hotel owner. Filthy nasty dirty place. Dirty plates stays in front of the room for 4/5days . Place never get cleaned no lights in front of the room saving electricity bill. Phone line had been disconnected so guest would have to call the staff’ s personal phone. Instead of calling the guest they’ll knock indoors. Just plain garbage hotel.

The best part of Afford inn is the location which is 5-7 mins from airport , and then the staff behaviour. I have stayed multiple times in this hotel and never had issue in check-in or out. Rooms are spacious, and have a old world look. The plug points, remote batteries, and door locks are concern and needs to be taken care by management. The buffet breakfast is really good with multiple options, and restaurant offers standard quality food on order as well.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Nadim at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great ambiance and value for money. The location is convenient, near Uttara Airport, and the hotel provides complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast spread was also good.

I am so glad with the services they offer, I had to choose a budget yet good hotel thus selected this one from the list provided by the defence officer at Hazrat Shahzalal International Airport Dhaka to expand my quarantine of a week. All staffs are really so great and specious indoor capacity is amazing. Would love to recommend anyone who is looking for a better service within budget.

Reception is doing a fraud, they will accept the money without giving a receipt. later at the time of check-in they will tell you didn’t pay yet and please pay again. Highly unprofessional and rude. I asked them to check CCTV footage from reception camera but they know their mistake so didn’t bother to check. Very bad hotel, nobody came out to resolve my troubles and fraud from receptionists

Location was great next to international Airport in Dhaka. Me and my family had to quarantine there for 5 days, to be honest it was a very pleasant stay thanks to all the staff's. However food needs a little upgrading to more variety of options specially for kid's....

Very disappointed. Bathroom was filthy. They never refilled the tissue paper in the room. They overcharged. At first they said dinner was included but later on they said it’s not. We decided to eat something and again the price was extremely high. Anyone can eat way more better food in any other place with only one third of what we paid. Overall very bad experience.

Bad choice. Checked several rooms and found ACs not performing at all. Manager Mr. Kabir was found very casual in rendering service. Genuine budget hotel but definitely not good value for money option. Cheap/budget is not always a good choice. Reviewers should be neutral and judgmental about hotels etc.

Really good place to stay, very close to airport. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Services are good and fast. There is no word as such “NO” you would get for anything here. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Overall the place has good ambience and good vibe just what everyone expects.

The level of service is great here - the staff was always very accommodating and helpful. I rented a car during my stay so that I could explore other places around Dhaka city & the driver helped me a lot. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.

A family of six stayed there for three days. The food, the service is good! The owner himself, the general manager and the rest of the serving characters are very cultured and polite! In general, the impression is good, we are satisfied! See you again!

Room was not so clean. Toilet was without tissue and soap. After request We got toilet tissue ☹️

Дефолтный отель в Дакке. Завтрак, типа Бенгальский стол ввиде риса и яиц. Номера грязноватые, стандартные для Бонду. 4к така за сутки (да, по местным меркам ты покупаешь сутки проживания, а не спальное место), включая трансфер до аэропорта.

Best option for the family. It’s just closed to the Airport. Transport service was smooth. Food little bit costly. Overall fine

The location was in the heart of uttara . Great location and the service was also great. The food was also good. The rooms were good but the washroom didn't had sufficient lighting.

A wonderful airport view from the rooftop., the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast with a huge range of options. All service is very good. High-speed internet. I will surely visit again.

Car service was fine, my stay for three nights was comfortable. Food was delicious.

This is a nice hotel close to Dhaka international airport. Rooms are quite big enough. Restsurant is down floor near the reception.

Not too expensive.. but the quality of the hotel is not up to the mark. Too much noise as it’s next to the main road . Interior looks rusty and old . Recommendation: 6/10
