Worst experience I've ever had with the post office. We ordered a parcel from Belgium. As soon as we were notified that it could be picked up, we went straight to the post office and were told to wait. WE WENT ALMOST EVERY WEEK. And so it was two months. Every time we were told that we had to wait. And then we were sent to the airport to the customs office to deal with everything ourselves. The office where they were supposed to help us worked from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. We asked to leave work early. The first time we were told that the parcel was already here, we just had to fill something out and we didn't have time because we arrived late because of work. The second time we were told that the parcel had gone to the state. Why were we not warned about this at the office? Why were we not given a declaration? ( Although we asked about it several times) Why did we have to deal with customs? (Although this is your company's responsibility). We lost more than 300€ and a lot of time and no one will reimburse us. Why none of the staff could not help us and just sent us from office to office.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Spent 55 minutes there to buy stamps, the women working there just stood in front of their screen without calling the next clients for 20 minutes, some randos came after me and bypassed me without any explanation from the staff. Ended up leaving without my stamps. I don’t know what possibly could take so long to send one poor bloody parcel !!! IF YOU READ THIS YOU OWE ME 55 MINUTES OF MY LIFE !!!

Very bad service.workers there carry no responsibilities.yesterday they called me no working hours .tried to call back but answered no working hours I called.checked internet and it was true.after till this morning Im trying call them but no answere again.they are big liers.all wirkers there must be ckicked out from office.Im really frastreited.live in Mtasminda at at ingorokva street.

Well to be honest they take very long to work for a single person, also the number of counters are less so not more work is done at a time. The waiting time is intense but the staff is pretty cooperative and also some of them know english(which is obv a plus point). Also the place is good. All in one not that bad.

I sent a package from here and it never arrived. I'm fairly sure the employees stole it. Before sending, rhe worker asked me to empty the package and looked at what was inside, I did. The package never arrived. If they ask you to do the same then walk away and do not mail anything from here.

Paid full stamps/postage for sending out 2 postcards from this post office. It's been more than a year and a half and they have not arrived. Most likely they were never sent out. What a waste - of time, money and cards.

Do you have any questions? I bought three stamps for overseas on June 10th. There were three stamps. The employee said he would put a stamp on the postcard himself. It hasn't arrived yet. Did you send it?

You can get stamps for your postcards here. The staff is friendly. It costs me 16.20 gel for stamps for 3 postcards. Very easy and straightforward.

Arrived at 09:10 on a weekday and I was the first customer! I got served straightaway and bought some stamps, the worker spoke great English too.

Straight forward to finding this place and getting stamps for post cards. Hope they'll arrive as I paid 13 Lari for two cards.

No queue, the girls were nice, 3 mins and I was out with my parcel! Don't know why they have such low rating here …

Nice service but better to go before 1pm, because in the afternoon be prepared for a waiting time of 30-40 Minutes

Sent some postcards back home and they were very friendly and efficient. Didn't have to wait at all. Good English
