I recently had the pleasure of staying at this conveniently located hotel, just a short distance from Shinjuku Main station. What really stood out to me was the ease of access, thanks to it being a designated bus stop for airport transfers. Arriving right at the hotel's front door was incredibly convenient. The self check-in/out system offered by the hotel was simple and easy to navigate. It saved me time and provided a hassle-free experience. One aspect that impressed me was the range of amenities available at the lobby. They had the most extensive selection I have ever come across, including additional luxuries like face masks. Furthermore, the front desk staff were fluent in English and more than willing to assist with any service or inquiry. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. One service that deserves a special mention is their assistance with luggage forwarding to other towns. This was a game-changer, as it saved me from the hassle of dragging my luggage around town and allowed me to fully enjoy exploring without any burdens. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The bed provided a restful sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The tv was a smart TV! The hotel is also walkable distance to Family Mart, and Lawson. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, efficient self check-in/out system, wide range of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. It offers everything one could ask for and is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

The rooms here are really small (esp if you book the most basic) but the hotel is extremely clean, well maintained and the best part is its walking distance proximity to Shinjuku Station which has a ton of connecting lines to go to other parts of Tokyo. We didn't manage to enjoy the airport limousine bus to and fro because it only came around once every hour during peak hours, so for both transits to and from Narita, we opted to leave from Shinjuku bus terminal/Narita express. Either way, can't complain. Booking early saved us a ton of money. Lastly, while this hotel is quite a self service place (checking in and out are fully managed by machines), the staff are very helpful - they helped us with arranging for things on our next leg of our trip. 10/10 recommend!

Can't beat the location. Very quiet even though it is a very central location with the Shinjuku Station right next to it. It is also just a couple of minutes walk from the main Street where all the restaurants are found. Also close to 7/11 and Family Mart. Room is a bit smaller but had everything you'll need. They also provide a range of products like tooth brush, facial cream, hair brush etc. You find these on the main lobby, right next to the elevators. Staff downstairs are friendly. Can't speak for the house keeping service though. We left the room at 6:30am and came back around 12. We only asked to change the towels but they haven't done it yet. Maybe they'll do it later. Our room charge includes breakfast and it was a very generous spread of choices including both European and Asian/Japanese food.

Stay in twin size bed room on 11 Oct. The room size is fine but not spacious. However, it does come with a bathtub. You can collect all toiletries from 1st floor supply kiosk. The coin changer is located only at 1st floor self-service kiosk. The vending machine & washing machines are located on different floors. You will have to hunt for available washing machines via the hotel TV laundry screen. The hotel staff are friendly and can converse in English. The location is good as it is around 10 minutes' walk to shinjuku train station & bus terminal. There are plenty of shops & eateries nearby. Airport Bus limousine pickup & drop off passengers at hotel as well and very convenience.

Check in time 3pm, but good thing is you can store your luggage with them. The room is just nice and clean. Most of the amenities you can grab it on the first floor like coffee, sugar, comb, toothbrush, Razor, etc.

Hotel is in a great location. Lift to Shinjuku station is literally right outside the door. Breakfast each morning made for an easy start to the day. Although the hotel is in a very busy area, we heard no noise thanks to being on a higher floor and the soundproofing. Laundry machines are quite busy at night, but the availability is shown on the tv which makes it easier to find one. The toiletries available in the lobby were great as well. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people. Glad we're staying here again when we come back to Tokyo in a week on our way home.

We stayed here for 6 nights and booked an economy double room. Definitely on the pricey side for hotels but makes up for it in convenience as it’s located close to Shinjuku station and the Bus terminals. Staff at reception were very friendly. Selection of amenities available on the ground floor and was able to borrow a hair straightener/curler at the front desk each morning. Laundry room (for 600 yen) and ice machines also available to use. We arrived early morning and were able to drop off our luggage while we explored the area before check in. Rooms were also very clean.

Overall this hotel is a great choice. The food, hospitality, and location are all amazing. Our only issue with our stay is that the pillows are quite uncomfortable. When my husband and I asked the front desk if there was any other options we were provided one small memory foam pillow. We asked for a second but were told there wasn’t another. For the remainder of our stay we swapped pillows each night so one of us could have the slightly more comfortable option.

Fantastic location just a short walk from bustling Shinjuku Station. Spacious, quiet rooms and abundant free amenities from the lobby kiosk. Flexible options for you to decide what level of daily housekeeping you prefer. The lobby level restaurant has a terrific menu that includes some incentive western cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised at everything available here. Definitely hitting above the '3-Star' hotel level and we'll happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo.

Perfect location to start your travel in Tokyo. Staff were very helpful using auto check-in and getting change for laundry. Laundry service has a channel on the TV so you can see what floor has machines available. Only warning is that the fridge does not stay cool when you are out of the room so do not leave anything perishable. Having our bags forwarded to Kyoto hotel was very simple and staff called ahead to make sure the shipping details were correct. Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 6 nights. The location is superb! Near the JR train station and the metro. It's very convenient to visit the city as well as for doing some day trips outside Tokyo. The breakfast started early (6:30 AM) and had a diverse assortment of western and japanese options. The room was small like in most japanese hotels. The complementary amenities offered in the lobby were also a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

While I didn't stay at this hotel, my friend did. The great things I noticed while I was there... 1) The Airport Limo stops in front of the hotel 2) There are free amenities you can get for yourself as a guest there should you have forgotten to bring something from home. 3) It is away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but not so far where you cannot walk to anywhere you want to go. If you can appreciate any of these things then I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent choice for anyone who’d like to be in core shinjuku! Plenty of bars and izakayas at walking distance for those who want to explore the night life. The hotel is incredibly well set up and stocked, plenty of amenities to pick from at the reception (the coffee and teas are exceptionally good, as are the hair and skincare products). Staff is really helpful too. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location near Shinjuku Station, which is a main transportation hub. It is also near a convenience store. In terms of the room, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough. It was wonderful that there was a vending machine and ice machine on our floor. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as well.

This hotel has bus service to both airports in Tokyo. Metro station entrance is right next to the hotel. JR station is also just a few minutes walk. Laundry is available on each floor, quite convenient. Breakfast buffet is average, worth a try but don’t need to eat daily if you stay longer. Many choices around.

For Tokyo standards on room size, I can't complain. Our initial rooms were extremely tiny, but we requested something bigger, and they gave it to us with some add-on to the nightly rate, but it made a big difference for an 8 night stay, or else, we'll be tripping on our suitcases. The hotel in general is pretty classy. Staff are helpful.

Clean hotel, the check in process was very easy on the touch screen, the assistant spoke great English to guide us. They also have a lot of free amenities for guests. Shower pressure and temperature is great. Room was smaller than expected however.
