Great rental company and good customer service. They speak both Mandarin and English. They also spent some time educating me about the traffic laws in Taiwan. Be sure to check and take photos of your car before taking it so you don't unexpectedly be asked to pay for damage you didn't do.

They are so kind!! We changed our schedule because of typhoon, but they are so kind and even drove us to the terminal. We could save so much time with our heavy luggage and checked in the flight so easily. I highly recommend these friendly people and friendly service!
