I chose this hotel for it's location near to the airport as I had an early flight. You would need to book the shuttle and also give yourself some allowance to check out to meet the shuttle which leaves promptly. The room was a little small but it was nice of the hotel to have given me an upgrade to a executive level room with excellent views of the runway. One could laze on the couch and just admire the planes going on and off the runway. The gym was huge and came with a considerable amount of machines and free weights. The pool was heated and was situated beside a sauna and steam room. Did not manage to dine at any of their restaurants but ordered room service which did not come cheap and the food was on the salty side.

One station away from Terminal 2. Still convenient as hotel entrance just beside station entrance. Do note to use the lift if carrying really heavy luggage as the entrance via escalator does not have ramp and there are 2 steps to get off to the hotel entrance. The executive floor suite with airport view is huge, very spacious for families. The indoor pool, which is located inside and next to the gym, is a plus point for the cold and wet weather at the end of the year. Breakfast is quite a spread. Service staff get their work done professionally. Not as hospitable as expected of hotel frontdesk, but it's ok.

Shuttle bus to airport is highly likely to be fully booked. And the earliest subway to airport starts at only 6am. Very inconvenient for travellers who need to catch early morning flights. As a hotel next to the airport, either you're within the walking distance, or you provide sufficient transport. Most people stay here because they need to catch early flight. If you can't provide this kind of service, you are not worth your value.

Great place to stay if you have a late/early flight. The amenities are amazing, loved the gym, pool and heated jacuzzi. rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed and sheets were so fluffy and comfortable.

We arrived late and left early. Super impressed that they proactively refunded the price difference of club access given our arrival/departure time meant we couldn’t use it. Also gave us a takeout breakfast and proactively ensured we were booked on the right (complimentary) shuttle. Really great service, and a nice fresh design to the room and hotel too.

Ever seen is pretty good. Room is pretty clean under the service is good. The only deficiency is a location. Location is not good every times. If you want to buy some of a convenient stuff, you need to go to 7-Eleven from terminal 2. At least take your 1 hours to shopping on the street. There is nothing 7-Eleven or convenient shop.

Room was spacious, clean, functional, aesthetic, and comfortable with a gorgeous view of airport runways. The gym is open 24/7 and one of the best well-equipped gyms I've seen in a hotel. The pool area has a heated Jacuzzi, kids pool, sauna and steam room. There's a pool(billiards) table and ping pong table too. Buffet dinner and breakfast were not bad, with a good variety.

Very near airport, shuttle bus service available. There is room service and it's very convenient since my flight was late at night. However there is no convenience store nearby except for the ones located at the airport itself, I suggest going to a convenience store first if needed then only go to the hotel. Overall the room is clean and 10/10 comfort.

The room was quite nice and clean, but service is not 5 stars. Price was high compared to quality received. If you are to book the shuttle to airport, be sure to message them in advance. Convenient for traveller using Taoyuan airport. Last shuttle from the airport is at 11:50 PM (number 7 on the shuttle stop)

Most of the staff was friendly, the dinner buffet was very good. Breakfast could have been better. Bathrooms are a bit strange, with no shower door. I believe that this is a 4☆masquerading as a 5 ☆hotel. Breakfast was not included. We had trouble, as the hotel was not good at providing receipts after each transaction.
