The movie theatre at Dream Mall is wonderful and clean. They have a IMAX and a VIP dining and viewing area. You can choose movies that play in English or Chinese or other foreign films. However all movies will have subtitles. In either English or Chinese. The popcorn that is served does not taste like American theatre popcorn.

Very good cinema,nice service, also, it's very clean, and the IMAX screen is very good and big to see awesome movies, especially the 3D ones. Seats are comfortable. Don't worry about the line, you already pick up your seats when you buy the tickets. Bathroom are very clean, and elevator takes you directly to the cinema.

I was told if I pay for the full price ticket of 390 instead of discounted price that I was eligible, I could get a free 200 nt meal voucher for the Gold class area. It turned out the meal voucher was not free I had to pay for it. The manager argued with me for 5 minutes tried to tell me that I misunderstood.

I would like to recognize Bella Zhu due to Help me to send the card back to me from A1 to A2 B1 building . Because I forget my card after order the ticket. She still can have this kind of service. Really appreciate her help. Best regards

這是一個差勁的晚上，一家大小特地排出時間去看電影，先是買不到好位置而多等了三個小時，結著進場時又延遲了10分鐘，等到進去撥放時一共從看了兩次，第三次再當機就直接把這場次結束了，讓一家人的假期就泡湯了，雖然危機處理能力算是快速，電影撥放一小時內三度當機，立即補救措施退回這場票價，再加送一張電影票，但是假期泡湯確是事實，心裡很不爽，但似乎已經是最好的選擇，仍會繼續支持，也不要忘記給于在場經理人掌聲，繼續加強服務品質吧，還有一點不解為什麼要進場前，要叫觀眾排隊呢？

Elevators shouldn’t be closed in 3rd and 4th floor after 00:00. Or make visible signs when going to 3rd and 4th floor when take stairways. Hard to find ways going to 3rd and 4th floor after we watched TOPGUN.

I watch Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, there are a variety of food and drinks that can be purchased while watching, the place is comfortable, the waiting area is also available, the service is friendly.

A little bit too cold and too loud, but it's cinemas. What can I say, I'm too old. LoL. It still desired for 5 star due to a very joyful weekend afternoon with my wife

Nice dinner at Harbour Restaurant and then movie. Seats where nice and clean with good sound and picture. Staff was friendly and helped us In English

Best theatre in Tainan city. High-quality audio and surround sound. The seats are comfortable with pretty good seat pitch.

The cinema I feel not bad ,but I don't to know why ,the first time I enter I feel some odor.

戲院很新，但電影刻表只公佈在一個不大的螢幕上，造成大家全擠成一團就為了要知道有哪幾場可以買。從來沒看過台灣的任何一線戲院這樣擺出電影時刻表，有夠低能的作為。

台南市區品質最好，各廳品質平均的影院。一般影廳不論座位多寡，播放品質都相當良好。投影機色彩濃郁，音效調教優越。IMAX影廳品質更上層樓，觀影人絕佳的選擇。

炎熱天氣來逛逛吹冷氣最好不過了，周邊景色佈置的也很不錯，可以來遛小孩

由停車場進百貨公司的動線不好/設計者没有考量消费者的方便性。
