Rude and totally not civilized staff in this university in Chinese Language Education Center management office of the National Taipei University of Education. By irony, in the University of Education it's difficult to see educated people in CLEC NTUE management office. They behave with complete negligence towards foreign students, and deliberately and intentionally forge and falsificate your attendance records stating there the huge number of missing lessons, the number is just invented and taken from the sky, and it's obviously lie, as my presence is fixed by CCTV cameras all around, plus by attendance sheet signatures. They ignore my communication several times, both written and in presence, to correct it, as it causes further student visa problem. Definitely the CLEC NTUE staff is happy to cause the life importance troubles to the foreign students, to expell them from Taiwan by providing false records, no respect to such people who causes the troubles to foreigners just to satisfy their negative ego. I finished to go to police station to report a crime case for deliberate and intentional attendance records forging and falsification, and escalated the crime case to the Ministry of Education as well. In addition: As a beginner from the scratch student, I was placed into advanced students group without any reason, and the office staff could not explain the reason when asked, I met just negligence and responsibility avoidance attitudes from them. Also, the teacher messaged me in written: "they are really advanced(other students), and no way to slow down", as I complained the lessons explanation is focused only to advanced students, and not to beginners, and is very fast, so you even don't understand the advanced level of Chinese provided by teacher. By transferring me into another group, promised to be with beginners students - didn't change anything, as 8 from 10 students are also advanced, and the teaching focus was mostly on them. They never paid any kind of compensation for their own rules and law violation as they were asked, so the compensation request now comes into the legal crime case. Especially taking into account that by my kind intention I changed the country and relocated to Taiwan to study Chinese, and now CLEC NTUE wants to "purge" me out from the country by forging and falsificating the attendance records. This is a big negative example I felt on my skin how you can meet negative people in this so called institution, who want just your money, they are happy to cause you life importance troubles and never provide a service. My previous requests to establish a joint meeting with the Ministry of Education and the Students Council to solve the problem in a peaceful way were rudely ignored as well by NTUE. Please choose another school, as you will not meet any civilized service and must-do-job provided.

No public WiFi. Noisy. Very loud space on the ground floor - the material of the ground floor makes everyone’s footsteps loud. People talking. It is a fairly noisy library. The height of chairs and tables doesn’t quite fit. Some chairs are…...

閱覽區沒有跟書架分開，被找書的腳步聲一直吵還沒地毯，比市立圖書館讀書品質還差，而且在六樓還可以聽到附近施工的噪音，汽車倒車聲，隔音跟民宅也差不多。空間規劃很怪，明顯本來蓋這棟的目的不是當圖書館。閒置空間，空房間太多，書架分配不均，完全沒有規劃過的跡象。除了離公車站近沒什麼優點。

藏書各類型豐富 頗多教育專業書籍及教科書 影視音產品也有適當引進優秀作品 唯場地配置糟糕 佈局設計不良狹小易受干擾也容易干擾他人 附屬服務不足 人員應對處理由待加強 場地預約制度複雜麻煩 不必要的限制多 還有很大的進步空間

很棒的圖書館，不過很可惜應該有更好的規劃，圖書館應該是一個安靜的空間，可是蠻多人帶著筆電再使用，基本上你一坐下來就可聽到不停的鍵盤聲跟滑鼠聲，個人覺得可以分樓層禁止筆電，給個別需要的人一個空間。

拉皮後超漂亮! 腳步跟鍵盤聲什麼的，七八成圖書館都有啦 容易被噪音干擾，就自己戴耳機囉 新的個人座位比以前的好多了，空間也明亮又寬敞。

擁有不少書籍，進書也進得很快，但硬體設備很差，工讀生愛偷懶，書籍上架慢，圖書館人員和校方人員常常大聲嚷嚷，不知道圖書館是要安靜嗎？

你們入口櫃檯ㄧ位矮個子年長短髮長麻臉阿姨很奇怪誒！換個證件還在那邊摸東摸西，故意讓別人等啊？真是有夠無聊好嗎 已申訴還是一樣

內部設施比較新，但是館藏偏舊，新書有限，館藏量不大。每層空間不大，座位有限，高峰時段基本坐滿。校外人士換證不可押學生證。

唉一直整修害人都無法使用挺煩的....... 但裡面的工讀生跟老師辛苦了！謝謝
