Beautiful river walk along Dansui River in the old Taipei town area. This part of the park has multi-culture street food market with an open seating area that faces the river and has a fantastic view of sunset. The food and drinks are good value for money and looks reasonably clean with a decent hygiene standard that attracts a lot foreign tourists around as well as locals. The only disappointment is the local karaoke social clubs use the open area to sing with loud speakers (not one but all along the river walk), which the loud speak with amateur singing really destroyed the real tranquility and the beauty of the river walk and the park ...

It is a nice place to chill and enjoy the evening. During the summer festival, there were stalls set up selling food. There was a large seating area and a row of seats facing the riverside. Would make a great sunset viewing spot. There were staff assisting with safety and traffic outside the area at the crossing.

Maybe we went at the wrong time, it was hot at 4 pm. Nice place if you like to chill and drink alcohol Beautiful sunset place if go at the right time. I didn't get to sit on the boat ride as it was closed, and the sea level was too low.

this place is popular with the teen to couples. this place have a nice view of sunset. a lot of stalls to buy snacks and drinks. super crowded with people so seats are limited... you'll really need to wait to have a place to sit

A good place to spend the evening with friends and family. There are many small different restaurants where you can buy food and drinks. The view is awesome, buildings and lights are reflected on the water which is amazing.

早上十點到訪已烈日當空，因太熱就打消騎單車的念頭，可還是不少人騎呢，其實我只從延平宮走到大稻埕碼頭五號水門，淡水河波平如鏡，正好照到對照倒映，美極了，天色也極好。美中不足是走的沿岸都沒有有蓋位置，大太陽就頂着頭頂，只能往後走才有，這時也看不到淡水河美景了。其實快到天水宮的位置就會嗅到點點臭味，低頭觀察了一下，河水會冒小水窪，以為有魚，又好像不是，究竟是什麼...... 因太熱，逗留了半小時就走了，如天氣變得涼爽，確是散步騎單車的好地方！

Can be incredibly busy on weekends, but otherwise a really relaxing spot to watch the sunset, eat an appetizer and drink something cold without feeling like you're in the city. 15 minute walk from Ningxia or Ximending.

An ideal place to chill at weekends with Pier 5 - entertaining containers (right nearby the Dadaocheng Wharf) I'm trying to find the "TAIPEI BILLBOARD" but totally failed but overall got a really nice sunset view

Good place to spend a nice sunny afternoon. There are lots of places to grab a bite and drink. We took a sunset boat tour down the Dansui river, which was quite nice. The whole trip took about 80 minutes.

A very large and beautiful riverside park. There is a beautiful view to enjoy Taipei city. Many stalls selling food and drinks in this area. In other areas there are also spots for sports and karaoke.

One may think this park is not great. One may attribute the park is not clean . One may even claim the park is not for bicycling. You might well think that. I can cannot possibly comment on that.

Great place to chill with friends or family with food and drinks with a nice view of the river. There are decent toilets on both sides with wheelchair accessible ones.

Nice area to hangout in evening, lots of stalls inside colourful shipping containers, you can get food, tea, cocktail, and enjoy the skyline view from the review bank

Not the best place to visit around noon which is what we did because of heat and humidity but likely a nice walk in the evening. Very clean and well maintained.

nice riverside park to walk along and bike along. at night there are several groups of people singing karaoke, dancing ang hanging out…looks so fun! love it.

Love this place, cozy and nice scenery. But if you are a tourist and you wanna call an Uber, it may not be able to get to you as the entrance are quite jam.

In the evening there's a boat ride to Tam Sui. Quite enjoyable. Some eating and drinking stalls along the riverbank.

Amazing Riverside park with food trucks and truck bars. A must visit if you're in taipei and want to have a drink.

A good place to relax, you can watch the sunlight affairs in the late afternoon..while eating some food.

Nice to stroll during night time.. So relaxing music plays and adventurous nightlife to be experience...

It's a mini touristy location. If you don't mind the price, sit on the upper deck of the containers.

Nice walking around with cool breezes and lots of flowers plus art! The wharf opens in the evening.
