I visited the subway station before the Chinese Spring Festival to transfer from Wuhan Station to Wuchang Station where I need to get on the second train just like many people did. I am appreciated with the security checks that are necessary and deployed in many cities' subway stations, given about the fact that there are many people visiting subway every single day. The instructions are helpful, but the services need to be improved. Only one scanner was working in the station that is connected with one of the major train stations in Wuhan. The rest of the scanners were there but closed. That is very inefficient. Many travelers were stuck in here just because of the single one machine can't let people get through very quickly. Some people were frustrated and angry. Hope for some improvements to make subway stations be more effectively as well as safety.

Good railway station, clean and beautiful. There are Chinese decorations in the waiting areas and a good food court where you can have some food and drink while waiting for the train.

This station was too big. Hard to navigate and the plazas beside it mean a lot of taxis can't get very close. This means a long walk for the pickup area. Unfortunate planning.
