民權西路站位於台灣台北市中山區、大同區交界處，為台北捷運淡水信義線（淡水線）與中和新蘆線（新莊線）交會的捷運車站。本站與圓山站之間的路段即為淡水線地下段至高架段之過渡帶。 車站代碼 R13／O11 營運系統 台北捷運 所屬路線 淡水信義線（ 淡水線） 中和新蘆線（ 新莊線、 蘆洲線） 位置 臺灣台北市中山區民權里17鄰 民權西路72號（站體跨至大同區） 站體型式 地下交會車站 月台形制 島式月台 出口數目 10 啟用日期 淡水信義線（ 淡水線）1997年3月28日 中和新蘆線（ 新莊線）2010年11月3日 車站位於民權西路與捷運線型公園交叉口，接近承德路、中山北路，紅線車站位於線型公園下方，橘線車站位於民權西路下方；車站代碼為R13／O11。站名取自所在街道名稱（民權西路）。 本處除捷運站外，車站出口旁的民權西路設有公車專用道，與附近的承德路皆有多條公車路線行經。由於車站鄰近臺北大橋，因此成為三重、蘆洲、新莊等地與臺北市中心間的交通樞紐，大量乘客搭乘公車過河進城，由此進站轉乘捷運。但新蘆線市區段通車後，部分三重、蘆洲、新莊地區的公車乘客直接改搭捷運在本站站內換車，導致本站的每日平均進出（閘）人次，由2010年11月的64,123人次（第10名）下降至2018年3月的48,741[1]（第33名）。 由於本站是兩線捷運交會車站，進出人次眾多，及為了防止人員蓄意跳軌，本站淡水線月台將與其他14個車站於2013年增設半高式月台門來保護民眾與行車的安全[3]。新莊線月台則採用全罩式的月台幕門。由於忠孝新生站的新莊線月台採用月台幕門及南港線月台採用月台閘門。目前本站月台門已啟用。 本站月台相較於其他一般車站月台顯得特別寬闊，是其一大特色。此外本站出入口數量為10個，是台北捷運出入口最多的車站。[4]:353另外，古亭站出入口有九個，其餘是僅此差一個出入口。民權西路站有地下交會車站，與臺北車站、忠孝新生站及中山站類似相同。 另外，因應颱風期間風速若達到停駛標準時，「淡水－圓山」全面停駛，啟動只開至本站為止的「民權西路－象山」臨時營運模式，直到恢復正常營運為止。

Got lost and the attendant was very helpful. Ok, this is Taiwan they all are very helpful( well...10% aren't). If they speak English they gladly speak to you it's practicing for them and even if the don't speak it it's an opportunity to learn. So they take every opportunity as an learning experience. Just remember to walk with your directions in Mandarin and show them they'll point where to go. Sometimes they would walk you there if they going that same directions. They are willing to help even the 10%'ers, don't be afraid to ask. They are very confident enough to help you. Happy travelling. Little Hint. :) This country is my top best place to be and visit. September 24,2022 Minquan West Road Station ( Orange Line ) This station is a transfer station to Red Line, going to Tamsui or Beitou, and Daan or Xiangshan Station near in Taipei 101. This station is Orange Line going to Huilong and Luzho Station. Then to Nanshidjao station the start or end station. The station is so wide inside and absolutely clean. There's a multiple business around the station, like restaurants, cafe and specially near in the Bus station. Youbike, yes

Spacious MRT Station. Transfer station for Red & Orange Line. Station stamp is located right outside of Exit 5. The staff is very helpful.

Junction of 2 MRT lines. Located at main traffic road to Taipei Bridge so not many place to visit.

Clean and orderly, great and friendly service personel can speak english

A little confusing as far as organization but still clean and efficient.
