As a first time buyer, Wendy jumped onto a call with me to explain the entire process of bidding to closing and answered any questions I had. She was very communicative throughout, usually taking no more than 2 hours to answer my messages and emails even in the evenings and weekends. During the entire process, it always felt like she has my best interests in mind and never pressured me into signing a Buyer Representation Agreement until after my conditional offer was accepted by the seller. During the house search, Wendy needed to take a trip and would be unavailable so she recommended for me to seek out another realtor if I needed to buy urgently, which further instilled confidence that she was working with my best interest. During the bidding process, she was very transparent with the info provided to her and what the seller's limits were. When I wanted to negotiate a price below asking, she would say "we can try, maybe it will be accepted. If it is not then we can keep looking". She never pushed me to pay additional to try and close a quick sale, and I ended up extremely happy with the price I paid for the unit. After closing, she connected me with her husband who came to help out with some initial minor repairs in the unit, which goes above and beyond makes me feel like I was more than just a client.
