A sadly neglected facility, it has the potential to be an oasis in the city boundaries, but the paths are broken and uneven, the pools have dried up, the children’s facilities falling apart and the river running through it is stagnant, wild dogs roam free. Once you get off the main outer route which is the only one maintained its neglect becomes apparent. Not even a coffee shop or cafe to entice the walkers and joggers who use the park on a regular basis. Kaohsiung City, get your act together and invest in your infrastructure Visited again one year later, nothing changed what a waste of a great open space .

After a few years of neglect from the previous management team who did not wish to finance anything the park has comeback to life. All the over grown and areas that had fallen into disrepair are now being addressed. This is bring both local and people from outside the area back again. Now need to develop further an area for the weekend with maybe a coffee shop in the central part that opens just at the weekend.

I've been here a few times, and there are a variety of different trails here. Good for just wandering around and relaxing during the day, either on your own or with family. If you're a jogger/runner, this is also a good spot, many different options/routes that you can take around the park to give you a variety of experiences :) There are also biking trails nearby if that is more your thing.

A woodland park in the city. With sports facilities, many acres of forest, hours of paved walking trails, two playgrounds, washrooms throughout. 1/2 of the park is well shaded and the other park is open. There is a large hill to climb and see the surrounding area in the open half.

I love this place..very quite and peaceful.its very near at the city but once you enter in the park you can't feel the noisy and busy thing around the park..there's a lot of activity you can do in this place like jogging,playing tennis,basketball,sumba,even yoga.

Bring the family here often. Sometimes walk my dog here. During the day, lot's going on. Fireworks, vendors, proselytizing, BBQing, and a few other activities are not permitted here, which is nice. Can actually see stars on clear nights.

Great running/walking trails for if you want to get out of the city without actually getting out. Quite big so you can get a decent workout in without being crowded by a lot of people.

While used to be a landfill, the Kaohsiung city government has done an amazing job remodeling the site into a glorious hilly natural park. You can literally walk for hours here.

I really love this place. This is where I do my morning routine exercise whenever I'm on a day off at work. You can do jogging and running. And a perfect place to meditate too.

Huge park area for urban people to breath. One of the drawbacks are the maintenance. The park is so huge that some of the place are overgrown with weed

The largest metropolitan park in Taiwan. Great place to have outdoor activities such as jogging, gathering etc. Accessible by taking MRT, bus as well.

It is a very nice park to walk or run around. The paths are well maintained and there are a lot of trees which is nice for hot days.

Huge park, lots of great walking paths and view points. I went for a disc golf tournament, course is temporary.

Wild place for jogging and walking . But there is not much light here, it will become dark in the evening.

高雄少有占地遼闊的都市公園，可惜沒有受到重視挹注經費好好規劃，否則要建設成重要的觀光景點絕非難事，現在地下停車場黑暗如入廢城一般實在令人倍感荒涼~~

Been here for several times and still discovering some new trails..

野狗多，夜間照明設備齊全，但故障不修，浪費錢，已有一年以上的故障率。樹木多土地廣，空氣品質佳，硬体設備世界級，維護則低級。有待改善。

楠梓周邊是石化產業區，正需要都市之肺來改善平衡空污現像。另外還附有環境教育的功能，遊客管理中心與環境教育館有難得的影片欣賞服務。

好大的公園 最近要21周年紀念了 確實也滿久了，所以有些設施比較不安全 地板也會有高高低低，走路要小心 有地下停車場

高雄都会公园非常大，在后劲河的两边。树木如森林。有很多运动小径，可以慢跑，骑车，走路散步。
