다이나믹 게스트하우스

I went there almost a year ago but forgot to leave a review. The place is great, it's in a good location and easy to get to. The apartment is nice and has good amenities. There's a washing machine, so you can do your laundry for a small fee (soap is included) and there's a place to hang your clothes to air dry. The owner was polite and had good communication with me. The only downside is that lights-out is literally at midnight, so if you catch yourself with other guests socializing it's an abrupt cutoff and conversation killer to have lights out so "early".

The most amazing view you'll find in Busan for a reasonable price! There are lots of international guests, so it's easy to find people to hang around with. It's a residential area, a really quiet and calm place.

Fantastic guesthouse on the 34th floor. Quick walk from the tube station which is on the same line is Busan train station (1). The view from our room was beautiful, it was good to see Busan lit up at night. Check in was simple and breakfast is basic but nice. The place is clean and spacious with a washing machine and drying space. The guesthouse itself is also close to a lot of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants. It's also a quick walk away from a Seomyeon.

Eine Tolle Unterkunft für Reisende, die die Geselligkeit suchen. Ein toller Gastgeber, der bei Fragen immer gerne Antwort gibt und auch behilflich ist. In der Nähe die Bus- und Metrostation von der aus man in alle Richtungen fahren kann.

펜트하우스를 개조해서 만든거 같아요 집 자체는 아주 깔끔하고 이쁘고 야경도 너무 좋아여 서면 왕래 하기에는 아주 괜찮은 장소입니다! 너무 좋았어여♡♡ This house was really awesome! This was very cozy, clean especially the night view was unforgetable!! This house is near Seomyeon which is one of the hottest places in Busan! You guys will be satisfied with here as I was!!

C'est moderne, la vue est belle. Mais sinon, les chambres sont mal agencé, pour trouver une prise faut aller de l'autre côté. L'hôte est juste là pour encaisser, et il est pas très vif.... Le petit-déjeuner est compris, c'est une tranche de pain de mie..

Owner speaks no word English and is sometimes absent so check in can be delayed. Room was small with no windows. It is clean with air conditioning. There is no information about this hotel outside the building. It is on the 36 floor but…

저렴하게 럭셔리한 게스트하우스를 이용했네요. 사장님 친절하시고 주변 교통 좋고 시장이 근처에 있어서 먹거리 맛집도 않고. 화장실 냄새만 좀 났어요..

離樂天百貨走路要25～30分，離homeplus大概走路15分，在2個捷運站中間，但是西面站算比較便利，住宿費因為不貴，還能接受……老闆只有收現，我們住公寓式樓中樓，記得之前入住時房間內都有裝監視器（感覺不習慣），要住2樓房間搬行李有點累，還好老闆的爸爸還有幫忙搬

Great loft-style guest house with a awesome view of the city. Good and clean room and bathroom with AC. Nice kitchen. Breakfast was minimal, but sufficed. Host was nice. Definitely a recommendation.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très propre et plutôt bien placée pour aller voir les différents sites touristiques. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le quartier autour n’est pas incroyable…

36層建築的頂樓樓中樓。接待的是中年男子，也住在樓中樓樓上。只收現金，房間乾淨安靜。視野遼闊交通近西面及公車站，夜景很強。就是床鋪不太穩固，上下層跟隔壁翻身都會震動。
