The location itself is very good. Not far from Seoul Station and you are well connected to Myeongdong or Itaewon. The host is friendly, unfortunatly it seems like he doesn't speak english well. But it's okay. The size of a twin room is quite good, our room had a window which is good. But the Bathroom is really dirty and doesn't look like any of the rooms on the page. Neither does the kitchen looks like on the photos provided. It seems like the photos are somewhat not right, or maybe from 2-3 really good rooms. In reality it looks way different. Too bad. Breakfast..well its food stored in a not hygenic looking refrigerator. So we did not take that but there's an 7eleven downstairs. All in all its okay for a few nights, you cannot expect much from that low price

Not bad for the price, really. The room is just enough for two persons, yes, it may be small but take into consideration the money you paid for it and it's definitely a bang for the buck accommodation. You get your own bathroom, television, and mini-ref.. how can that be not enough? There are also free bread, jam, coffee, and water and you can use the shared kitchen. For those checking in for more than three nights, use of laundry machine is free as well. The owner was very nice and very prompt in responding to my questions before we checked in. The location is very strategic as well. Far from the congested Hongdae and Myeongdong but close to Namdaemun and Seoul Station.

Chambre très très étroite. Réservée une chambre avec 2 lits simples, obtenue Une chambre avec lits superposés. Le lit du dessus est très proche du plafond. La salle de bain privée est minuscule. Seul côté positif...proche de la station de métro. Pour le même prix j'ai eu de meilleures prestations avec un autre établissement.

個室でバストイレ付きではありましたが、日本で例えるとドヤ街の簡易宿泊所みたいな感じです。 ビル自体もとても古めかしく、室内はあちこち壁材が剥がれそうだったり、カビや、テレビリモコンのギトギト、布団&枕の強烈なおっさん臭さ、枕に誰かの髪の毛がついている(おそらくカバー類も交換していないのでしょう)ことなど、安いので多々目をつぶらないといけません。 立地はソウル駅まで徒歩で行けて、ビルの1階にセブンイレブンがあるので便利です。 ボロいわりにはシャワーの水圧は強く、タオルの無料貸し出しもあり、(残っていれば)朝食もあるらしいので、清潔さを一切求めず臭くても耐えられる方ならばこの値段(3千円くらい)で満足できるでしょう。

値段相応なんですが、韓国もちょうど猛暑日にあたってしまい、エアコンの表示が１７度になっても全く効かず往生しました。 (勝手にフロント付近に置いてある扇風機を拝借してしまいました) 隣室の会話や水回りの音は気になります。 但し空港鉄道やKORAILのソウル駅からは５～６分のアクセスの良さは確かに売りです。 地下鉄利用ならソウル駅ではなく４号線淑大入口駅からなら同じように５～６分のアクセスです。 石鹸、リンスインシャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤー、ハンガー、冷蔵庫はあります。 １階にあるセブンイレブンは重宝します。 周辺に食事場所もあり不自由しません。

Nice small rooms. Not so comfortable bed, pillows and comforter, but you'll get by. There is a laundry area and the basic kitchen amentities are complete. Checkin procedure is easy. The receptionist can understand and speak english plus he's nice.

いわゆる安宿なのですが、とにかく安い！ので何回か宿泊しました。 ソウル駅から多少歩きますが、ギリギリ許容範囲 移動はバスを使いこなせばかなり楽です。 部屋は価格の割には広さもそこそこあり良いです。 すぐ下にコンビニがあるので便利

舊資料及GOOGLE地圖標示有誤，害我逛了2小時。請走首爾站15號出口，地點很好找，旁邊有24小時小7商店，生活便利。房間很小，還算乾淨，但隔音效果不好。有共用廚房及洗衣設備，便宜自由行的旅客可以試試。

최고의 게스트하우스입니다. 올해로 이곳에 세 번째 묵었습니다... 너무 마음에 듭니다... 작지만 아늑하고, 조용하고, 깨끗하고, 주방이 좋고, 버스 정류장과 서울역이 가깝습니다.
