We came to buy Crep to clean shoes. We are French, we turned to a young man speaking English to him for information. He made the effort to try to understand us even though he didn't speak English. His colleague at the register with a slightly heavy build and glasses openly made fun of us (our accent) by imitating us as if we were stupid and was unpleasant as if we weren't buying a pair of shoes our purchase was worth less, and did not deserve to be guided by good customer service. Knowing that initially, we didn't even address him. His very inappropriate behavior even made his younger colleague uncomfortable. I found it ridiculous that he thought I was stupid for asking for Crep protect even though myself work at Footlocker in France, and I know that it's a flagship product in shoe cleaning. In the end it was just him who doesn't know the products he sells. Not knowing the products in your store should not lead to mockery towards customers, this is not the image that Footlocker wishes to convey.

Extremely nice store with an awesome collection and amazing deals here. The staff speaks English well and are extremely co operative. I bought a pair of air Jordan’s that were on a special deal and it worked really well for me. Even got a tax refund receipt that I claimed at the airport on check out.

Was told by the nonchalant and unhelpful cashier to get our tax refund at the airport with the receipt he issued. I asked again if that receipt was all I needed and he grunted yes and condescendingly said BYE! When we got to the airport, we were told the receipt was invalid. Grrrrrrrr!
