I stepped into this location due to the great reviews but my experience wasn't all great. I stepped into this location back in Nov of 2022. My car was towed due to a damaged power steering pump. I requested an estimate to replace the pump and fix the windows because they were not going up or down. It took several days for someone to get in contact with me and the price was not accurate since they did not know what was the problem. Several days had passed and I decided to call them and they said that the pump was replaced but the window motor part that they ordered had not yet arrived. I was confused because I did not get communication that parts were being order. They ordered parts and replaced them without letting me know and without giving me a firm price. I had requested the damaged power steering pump back because it had warranty and never received any reply. I am dissatisfied at the miscommunication from management. I also received a $1200 bill for a power steering pump that was faulty and is currently being replaced today at a different location. The windows can go up and down except for the Passenger side. When I questioned this they said that they were not able to fix it. When I press on the lock button it only locks the driver and passenger side. I have to manually push the latch down to lock the rear doors.

I've had many mechanics over the years and I must say that the crew at 'Mi Taller' are top notch mechanics; They always give you the facts. I ask lots of questions and they always take the time to explain the issue(s) to ensure that I understand exactly what they're fixing and why. They're just a bunch of honest, ethical & experienced mechanics and if something doesn't need fixing, they won't try to encourage you to fix it just so that they can earn an extra dollar. What do I mean? Well, one time I suggested that something be fixed and the owner, Franklin, corrected me, told me what the actual issue was and fixed it. Why is that important? Because the fix that I was recommending would have cost me 4x as much to repair. Whenever someone asks me if I know of a good mechanic, I send them to 'Mi Taller'.

Mi experiencia en ese taller yo no lo recomendaría a pesar de las buenas opiniones pero ellos se enfocan más en las partes donde pueden cobrarte más yo pague 1500 me hicieron el trabajo pero después de entregármelo me prendió un mensaje y me dijeron que era un sensor y que ya lo avían ordenado que me iban a llamar para cambiarlo pero nunca me llamaron talbes porque no les iba dejar ganancia yo lo pensaría dos veces antes de regresar a ese lugar

Just became a permanent customer to this shop because of the honesty and quality service! Went in for some minor work and walked out with a smile knowing the owner "Franky" was handling my car. Very soft spoken and extremely honest. I say this because I found a place i can send my wife to knowing shes in good hands and wont get ripped off. Nice family owned repair shop.... I needed to replace a broken window on my car. The place I suppose to go to was closed (on vacation) Someone from 1Mi Taller, asked if I needed help I told him I needed my window to be replaced with in 5 minutes he was able to find the right window for my car. The price and labor was very reasonable, came back the next day, and it was all taken care of. The technician was very courteous and hard working.

My hubby and I had great experience with our old car for service. Very pro! Frankie is an expert! Finally we bought a new car and been going to dealer for services but with waiting to schedule an appt at dealer we will now go to Frankie for future services its worth it! Franklin and Elizabeth were very helpful when my car had a radiator emergency. They were swamped but he still addressed the issue ASAP and then all the paperwork with the supplemental insurance people was handled swiftly by her. I was very impressed with their facility and knowledgeability. They are way out of my way, but I’ll go there from now on.

I highly recommend Franklin and his staff to anyone who is looking for a professional and honest team of mechanics. They were able to resolve my issue within a few hours and were very affordable. The service was excellent and despite the busy hours, they were able to repaid my care within a few hours. I would definitely give them a 5 star!!

Great service, I've been coming to this auto shop since 2009 and they do everything they can to get things done right. If you need something changed then they will let you know. If it don't need changing then they won't lie to you and ask for money got it, An honest and professional place to take your car to for anything you need.

By far, the best mechanics I have ever used. I was recommended this place by my father in law who is a cab driver and has been using them for nearly two decades. They work very slowly and poorly. Repair costs are very high. The front desk lady is very rude. If you value your money and time, then stay away from these rude people.
