DO NOT PARK HERE. They have issues with the time set on the meter so it runs an hour ahead. So if you make it in time for the early bird parking 18.00 per day before 8:30, chances are you actually missed it and will be charged double that 36.00. Happened to me twice. The first time they refunded and I told them about the issue. Then 2 weeks later I parked there and the same issue happened, which I have not been refunded for yet. even though I provided proof of the issue. AVOID THIS LOT AT ALL COSTS
Bought a pass after spending $2100 on parking everyday at my apartment for only 2 months. Bought the pass just for it to not work, I’m stuck outside at 130am I called and was told 10-15 minutes someone would be out to help me out. It’s now been an hour I’ve been waiting after they already hung up on me once. Unbelievable for the amount it costs to park and the negligence you get when there’s a problem.
