STAY AWAY, GO ANYWHERE ELSE Benson used to be fantastic, he received years of business from us and our small business over last 8 years His service has worsened In the last 12 months till the point that all 7 of us that use his services will no longer return. He ruined my $300 jacket, attempted to hide it from me and then refused to pay for the damage saying it was already damaged. I left the jacket with him and told him to throw it out that's how bad it was, the material was crumbling off all the floor as you moved the jacket. His solution was to take $10 off the dry cleaning service, it was appalling, he refused to pay for it and said there was nothing he could do and he wasn't paying for it because I bought three years ago so it was no longer worth $300. Unfortunately his so concerned with saving his pennies than he is then providing customer value and retaining his customer base. His alterations on two of my garments have come apart in less than 8 weeks. He charged $25 for a zipper for fast two day service, and when we arrived to pick it up it hadn't been done and we were still charged a premium rate for a 1 week return service, blaming us for one reason or another. This business owner has been become cheap and tight and losing customers by the day.

In this day and age, this business does not accept eftpos and they don’t tell you in advance either. I went to pick up my clothes with my baby in hand and they wouldn’t let me pay by card for a $30 expense. They’re happy to inconvenience their customers to save on tax. Good one! I literally had to drive back home and pick it up on another day.

Pricy but they did help me with a very important time sensitive request same day, the most important thing was a baby blanket they got drenched. I forgot to give them the blanket and picked up my other washing and explained that I forgot to even add it to they original washing so they did it within 2h of closing time... life savers!

Terrible! These other reviews must be bogus!! When I got them home they were warped, uneven & bunched. They charged me $40. Going to have to take them elsewhere to be redone. Do not get get anything altered here, they cannot even manage a hem.

I have sent my wedding dress to this cleaner one month ago and since then I haven’t received any call to collect . And no one answered the call either. Any one has the similar experience?

Trying to call for 4 hours today and no response. Went in - very rude and no apology when we mentioned the phone issue. Terrible customer service.

Rude. No accountability for when they ruin your clothes. Stay away from this place!! If I could honestly give it less than 1 star, I would.

Consistent good service. Used for laundry as well as tailoring. Tailoring services done well and reasonably priced
