Reception just rattled off a lot of questions took all the important stuff (my visa card) medicare , pension status told me it would be $33, charge on my statement $38.50 I was expecting a call in a reasonable time not as if they were coming to the house a few hours later, got a text instead responded to the text and doctor eventually called back I found his service unsatisfactory. Certainly would not base an on-going relationship on this experience. I wonder what qualifications he is required to have. I got more better advice from Health Direct would never use them again

No doctor services our area. We live in Sydney. 14km from Sydney GPO. Same statement every time i try to use this after hours service. Seems like the phone answering service is offshore, working off a script. Finally Telehealth appointments only start from 11pm on a Sunday night. Placed call at 7 pm.

This company is a scam along with Instant Consult. They take your money then never call. Have read if they do call the call lasts 2 minutes. Trying to get refund now after they never called us and getting a massive run around. Do not trust this company.

Terrible experience!!! Cannot understand what the doctors are saying and when they say they will send the prescription to the pharmacy they don’t. And your left standing at 1:30am in front of the pharmacy listening to their on hold music for 30mins

Waited hours for phone consultation as there was no one in the area to come by and never received a call... Wouldn't recommend esp if waiting on consultation for a baby like we were there's no priority given for children
