BEWARE OF 13cabs I had my insurer order a cab from geebung to Banyo so I could collect my car from the repairer. On arrival at the repairer the cab driver said I needed to pay. My insurer even said it was on their account that the cab would send the bill to as they do this every day and several times a day. So I explained this to the driver. The driver refused to listen to me so I asked him to wait and I would get the office gentleman to come out and sort the payment out. This is when the cab driver proceeded to LOCK Me in the cab until I had made payment. After screaming at him to unlock the doors he refused to until I paid him. I then made the payment and went in and explained this to my insurer and they were stunned. My insurer as well as myself have reported this to the police as well as the cab customer care centre. Well I get told today that they have the right to lock you in the cab if you do not make payment. But….I was told on Tuesday that on his screen it clearly stated it was on account and not for the passenger to pay. So here I am still furious and broken as to how the hell this is allowed. The police say he didn’t understand what was happening. Well again I am sorry but how much clearer can it be when he is told several times that this was an account job?! So this prick can still drive a taxi for yellow cabs and do so freely without any action being taken. Please share this as I do not want this happening to anyone else. As a female and being locked in a car for a reason that had already been explained, I to put it nicely now have no faith in any cab company whatsoever. He has robbed me of my freedom and faith in others and made damn sure that he played dumb to not understanding. I do not want this to happen to anyone else so please be aware.

I would actually give them no stars if I could. I booked a taxi in advance to go to the train station the next morning. I told them to come a certain time so I had 15 extra minutes just in case. In the morning the taxi was incredibly late (started driving my way way past the pick-up time I had chosen) and would have arrived so late, it would've dropped me at the station once the train left. I called costumer service in case the website was wrong and there was another taxi coming that I couldn't see on the map. The woman on the phone was very aggressive and condescending and said that it was my fault for not allowing an extra "10 minutes" in case the taxi was late. I allowed at least 15, though? Her tone was very aggressive and rude. I told her that I knew it wasn't her fault but she still ended the call abruptly. I lost my train, a flight and a whole day I could've spent with my sister that I never get to see. I had to book another train ticket and another flight. Unreliable service, rude and aggressive staff. Almost offensive really. Don't waste your money or your time with them. You will lose your flight, your time and they will treat you extremely poorly. No matter how well you plan your trip, their mistakes will be your fault and they will make sure to let you know that.

Absolutely disgusted with the way Yellow Cabs treat people in wheelchairs. We took our frail 96 year old out for lunch and the whole day was a disaster because of Yellow Cabs. I booked 2 wheelchair maxi taxis for Friday 5th May. We waited nearly 25 minutes for the first one. For the second one which was booked for 1.45 we phoned and phoned and eventually we received only automated messages. My 96 year old friend was freezing, shivering and becoming pale. After one and a half hours, I phoned my friend's daughter who arranged for her husband to pick the lady up. He is 68, has a bad back and is going to have a hip replacement in June. He struggled to get the lady into the car and it was even more or a struggle to get her out. I cannot believe Yellow Cabs treat people who require wheelchairs in such a shameful, disgusting way. The cabs were booked and there should have been no problem with having a driver organised to do this trip. I had to award a star in order to post my review but I would have preferred no stars.

Rubbish. Deleted the app this morning but after hearing Apple Pay go ‘ping’ it tells you there is a problem so ring 13Cabs. I will not bother to use it again. App never seems to work. So you ring 13CABS. You get to an automated system. “Press for booking now, 2 for waste of time”. You allegedly book a cab to come now, and they say it is coming now. After 20 minutes you call the driver - it’s 31 minutes away. No one tells you it will be 51 minutes when you book (unlike the old days when you actually spoke to a dispatcher), because of course it’s an automated system and there is no ‘human’ to interact with. Forget it I say to the driver and suddenly it’s “no wait it’s only 15 minutes!” I used to feel sorry for taxis because of Uber coming in and getting a free ride - no licence fees or regulations. But seriously this service is garbage. My father owned a taxi licence in the ‘80s. The service was good. Don’t need the stress of chasing taxis. Never again.

Terrible experience last night in a 13cabs cab. Myself and my roommate lined up for 10 minutes in a designated cab rank to make our way home to a suburb that was only 8km from our location. We sat down in the cab and were immediately told that we would need to pay a flat rate of $45 for a ride which would usually cost around $25. When we asked if the meter could be turned on for a more accurate representation of the trip, we were told that this wasn’t possible and ordered to leave the cab. We repeatedly reiterated to the cab driver that we were more than happy to pay for the fare after it had been determined by a meter, however the cab driver quickly became irate and we were made to leave the cab. We explained the situation to the cab rank coordinators, who replied that $45 was far too expensive for our ride, and that drivers need to turn the meter on if asked. Second time this has happened in one weekend, pretty pathetic behaviour.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! DO NOT USE! I booked in a maxi taxi 24 hrs before we needed it to take my family to the port for a cruise holiday. When the booking time arrived, the tracking app showed that there was no activity so I called them up to see what was happening. I was told that they did have my booking and they were sourcing a cab for us. 15 mins passed and still no taxi so I called back again and told them we urgently needed a cab. The lady on the phone said she'll let her supervisor know and just hung up on me. Luckily, an old neighbor happened to pass by and gave us a lift. I wrote a formal complaint and was sent an automatic response saying they'll look in to it and get back to me soon. Over a week on and there has been no further correspondence, not even an apology. These guys are completely useless. I will never use them again.

Does any get the refund? I’m still waiting for their response… It’s been 1 week already. If there is someone wanna make a group to Sue the company for double charges issues, I’ll join them as this company owed us money!! This company has a very big problem, and the customer service just gave you a ticket number and then will never response your messages again. They pre-charged the booked trip, but driver never shows up. Then you have to book again, but the driver said he doesn’t follow with the APP, he charge by meter… I told the driver this trip has been charged and even told him I have a invoice, but he insisted to charged again. So one trip, but I’ve been charged “three times “ and the customer service never answers you back… 100 % not recommend to book with company!!! I’m so regret for not read the comments before I make a booking…

I booked a cab (the night before) for 5am on last Sunday morning to deliver me in time for the start of the Brisbane Marathon. At 5am the app stated that the driver was 10 minutes away and was on his way. Two minutes later a message appeared on the app stating that my trip had been completed and I had been charged $22. The receipt states that the driver collected me from North Quay and delivered me to North Quay, which is where the driver was when he cancelled my ride. I have sent several messages through the app with no response. I have tried ringing the 13 2227 and I am not given an option to speak to an operator. This company has basically stolen my money for a service that they did not action!

After booking a taxi the day before for specifically picking up my two children from school because I was working late, I made a point of stating that it was for children and must be on time to which they confirmed would happen….. My children were left at the school with no sign of the taxi booked- paid for and confirmed! When I rang asked why they had not been picked up I was informed that booking a time means nothing and they would be picked up when a taxi became available ……. I won’t ever be using them again and left work to pick them up myself after they waited for over an hour - bear in mind my child also has a medical condition which didn’t seem to bother them either!!!

Had a terrible experience the first time I used 13 cabs. I had no choice but to attempt to use the service again on new years. The taxi driver never showed up, 3 or more taxi drivers claimed they were on the way before cancelling my booking over a 1-2 hour period. Worst of all they claimed they had completed a trip with me, and charged me a full fare. No contact from support has come back and it’s not the first time I’ve tried to get a hold of someone. There basically is no customer care and they’re holding my money from me with no communication of how to receive my refund. If I could leave a zero star I would. Avoid this business at all costs. No wonder Uber is thriving

Taxi services are getting worse everyday atleast from my experience in Brisbane. Few examples from 13cab . Got a taxi pick up at 5.00 am in the morning and the car just smelled smoke horribly. The driver was probably smoking inside the car just before he picked me up . Another example , on return from airport , with 12 degree outside temperature (winter season) , the driver had the windows open all the way back home via gateway motorway , and heater switched off (coz he had a hoodie on), I was freezing . And the examples goes on…. Can the recruiters please recruit drivers having minimum common sense and show some level of hospitality please, it’s a request .

Would do 0 stars if I could. I work in a pharmacy and yesterday had 2 elderly/disabled customers waiting for your service for over 2 hourse because ypur driver "cant be bothered" driving 10 minutes down the road. Down right DISGUSTING. No one from your company showed up at all from 2:15pm, when the originally booked a taxi in until 5:30pm when our store CLOSED! Luckily the customer called another BLACK N WHITE CABS who come to the rescue with 20 minutes, oh and it was POURING rain so they really rely on cabs for transport. You really need to talk to your drivers and sort your company policies out because that truly is horrible, horrible service.

I pre-booked a silver service taxi 5 days in advance for my parents surprise party. Come the night of the party and we were waiting for them to arrive 10 minutes went by, however the taxi didn’t show up. Tried calling - waited 5-10 mins then hung up so I cancelled the taxi. One of our guests left the party to go pick them up. I’ve since tried calling, emailing and texting but nobody has responded back to me. So we were standing around waiting for them to arrive with all our guests, paying for services from the venue while we waited for my parents to arrive due to your incompetence and still no response! I would like an explanation and a refund!

I booked a maxi cab at an agreed fixed, prepaid price for $71 for a 13km trip. But the dishonest, sneaky driver went the longest possible way and through a tunnel even after I questioned him and then proceeded to take another $35 without my knowledge. I made an official complaint and requested a refund for the $35 and my reply 4 weeks later was, “as a one-off gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a $35 voucher for a future trip. No thanks, I would like my $35 refunded. I won’t use your pathetic voucher as I will NEVER use this disgusting company again. I’d rather walk and get blisters. Don’t use these morons that will rip you off.

Travelling interstate and pre-booked a cab via the app to collect me from my accommodation in South Brisbane to go to an important appointment. Received an SMS saying the driver was "arriving". Was waiting on the street 5min prior to booking time. No taxi arrived and when I checked the app, the trip had been marked as complete. I then had to call another cab - which I am still waiting for - and will most likely miss my appointment - for which I will still have to pay a cancellation fee. Spoke to customer service and they were unable to give me any idea of an eta for collection. Will not be using 13CABS in Brisbane again.

New year’s day I booked a cab to take me home after being in the city. I had a driver turn his meter off and it deducted money from my account. Fairly quickly I called them and explained what happened and was told a refund request would be raised. I emailed and was back and forth on the phone constantly over 2 weeks. 3 months later I get a reply from my request and they are telling me they have “escalated” the refund. Never have i encountered a corporation as slow and careless as these people. They know the drivers have a reputation for doing the same things but they have no measures in place to fix it.

Absolutely horrible service. We pre-booked an airport pickup for our elderly parents several days before the pickup date and time. The booking was clearly accepted and confirmed. However, 15 minutes before the pickup time, the driver cancelled the booking and said "that's just how it is". When I contacted 13Cabs, they advised that they don't take pre bookings from the airport. However, they clearly do - on their website as well as their app. Left us scrambling for a couple of hours after elderly parents had landed. Zero sympathy from 13Cabs. I would not recommend 13Cabs at all.

A driver for Silver Service, Rajesh Takkar, rear ended my daughter in the driveway of Greenslopes Hospital on 24/04/2023. Driver who was at fault refused to provide their contact details and was intimidating towards a 23 year female who had my cancer stricken mother as the passenger. Rang 13cabs to get help, they pretty much said, sorry, the drivers are independent from us, it's up to you to get it sorted. Poor excuse. Bad business. Don't deal with them. That's why other ride share services are doing so well. Here to prey on the community not help them. Do better.

The booking was made via the 13cabs app, although the booking was confirmed the drivers details (name) changed throughout the booking. The estimated time of arrival was 7 mins however the car didn't arrive for nearly 45mins. An attempt to call the driver to confirm an ETA via the driver connect feature within the app however the call continued to get disconnected. The car was dirty inside, something brown was split on the inside of the backdoor and the car had a horrible smell - Open windows a must! Extremely disappointed in the service and quality of the car.

Left a charge of $55 on my bank account for over a week for a ride I never took! Logged on at 10am to book a 2pm maxi taxi. Around 1.50pm I was somehow logged out of the app and when I got through on the phone was told that my cab was not coming. Reassured the charge of $55 would never go through but the payment was pending on my account for over a week and never had a response to website contact forms or emails to them. Either completely disorganised or just don’t care about their customers - either way Uber is going to wipe them out.

Booked a trip on the website and entered my credit card details, at the end of the trip the driver charged me and the system debited the same amount from my credit card - moral of the story, I got charged twice for the same trip. Have been trying to contact them ever since and have not been successful. The phone number on their website only allows you to speak to a bot to book a new trip and the "customer service" portal they have is just useless as they don't get back to you. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Caught taxi from cruise terminal this morning. Taxi driver complained he wasn't going to have enough time to get back to the terminal for more fares because he had to bring me home to Logan, despite my cab charge being $118. Made to feel like I was a burden to the driver, who basically dumped my luggage on the side of the road and took off at top speed to get back to the cruise terminal. Now I remember why I prefer Uber and will be going back to them. Registration number: T54415. 29 October 2023, approximately 9.30am.

I needed a taxi from the Brisbane international airport to Kangaroo Point, after a long flight, on Sunday 12th Mar 23 at 11:20am and the driver refused the ride because I wanted to use Sandgate Rd instead of the tunnels. Not only was he rude to me but then argued with the taxi rank conductor at the airport. I thought this was illegal for him to refuse the ride. I know that this is not a reflection of all drivers but it is not a good look for the company. I have details of the taxi registration if you are interested.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. I prebooked and paid for a taxi a few days before rather than Uber as I had to get me and my elderly mother to the train station for an airtrain international flight connection so needed a reluabke service. Hah! I received a confirmation email of the time and date the day before and the taxi didn't turn up. No actual person contact was possible, if it wasn't for a kind neighbour we would have missed our flight. Absolutely unprofessional and totally unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

I booked a taxi two days before New Year’s Eve. I received a confirmation of the booking. So, at 1:30 am, our group waited outside the restaurant to be collected as confirmed. The taxi never came. When I tried to call, I simply got a recorded message that played over and over and over again for 25 minutes. There were two other groups of people who also had been abandoned by the same company. I have sent a written complaint to them, and am yet to receive a reply. Appalling lack of service.

Booked a Maxi Taxi today to get to the airport, the driver got to the end of our road and I received a text saying our driver was arriving, and then he dropped the job for no apparent reason. I called 13 Cabs who said they would make our job a top priority as we had a flight to catch, however no one picked up the job which left us stranded. Will never ever use this company again. Absolutely atrocious. You should NOT be able to drop a job that you have already accepted, so unprofessional.

Tried to get a cab last night from Howard Smith whales They were all lined up 1st 2 wheremaxi taxis refused to take us as they said they were maxi taxis there was four of us so we went to the fourth car in line which was a sedan he refused to take us because he said we had to go to the first one in line but the first one in line refused to take us absolutely disgraceful service. Should be ashamed of yourself you are there to provide a service to take anyone to wherever they want to go

No wonder Uber is taking market share. Used Silver Service (13cabs) to book a taxi to the international airport. Booked 2 days in advance. Called to reconfirm the day before. There was still no cab assigned at the time of the car was meant to arrive. When a driver finally did called he advised that he was 20 min away. Staff on the phone tried to help but their technology does not allow them to see where cars are. Their app is also very poor. Will never use a taxi again. Absolute joke.

If you are needing a reliable service and you are ina wheelchair, I strongly suggest finding another option. I had a client sitting and waiting close to 4 hours for a taxi even though it was pre-booked the day before. They then "lost" the booking and said he will need to book again. He the had to wait hours again for another taxi at a shopping centre. Not a reliable service and they definitely do not look after vulnerable people who literally have no other way to get around.

Pre booked a maxi van for an early morning trip to International Airport. Booking confirmed and payment visible at our end. After waiting almost 40mins with no sighting of the taxi, rang 13cabs and they claim they don’t allocate jobs beforehand and it’s just whoever is around gets the call up at the time you need them?!?! Have pre booked Uber no problem in the past but needed maxi van for baggage. Will just pre book 2 x Uber next time. 13cabs can eat a giant bag.

Would give no stars if I could. Booked cab, driver accepts, sends confirmation text. Once we entered cab, with a child & grandfather, driver tells us to get out, he has cancelled because he wants a better fair. Although still charged to our account. Complaint sent to 13Cabs, no apologies just a refund. No acknowledgement of disgusting behaviour of driver. Never such problems with UBER! 13Cabs is the worst rideshare company I have come across.

Recommend when booking online to pay the fee before being picked up due to being quoted $36 when booking. Then apon arrival at my destination after not taking the shortest route, asking why I could not get the same business at my destination closer to my home and talking on on the phone via ear buds, the driver said that the fee will be $48. I was....perplexed, paid the amount, got a receipt and found out the driver had charged me $51.....

Leaving a review as they do not take feedback about drivers unless you’re in the vehicle with them. 13cabs vehicle cut me off then slammed his breaks on at 90klms p/h cause I beeped him. Then continued to do it while staring at me in his rear view. No wonder they do this when the company won’t take complaints about their driving. The company only takes the bookings, don’t have anything to do with the individual driver. Call an Uber!

This cab driver tried to charge $50 for a trip that cost us $30 when the meter was started on a different cab. When asked if he would start the meter he adamantly refused and when a photo was taken of his license he said that he didn’t believe there would be any repercussions for his actions. 13cabs has become a corrupt organization of cabdrivers who take advantage of people who have no other Avenue home. Incredibly dissapoimting.

I give you 3 stars because not all but a majority of Scum bag indian drivers in the valley still making their own set prices. At 12:30 on a Monday the 16th of October 2023 I was charged $36.75 from Ann street to Ashgrove. License plate number T58210. Don’t worry I took photos of meter being turned off and license number plate. I’ve also sent it to the personalised transport link. Hopefully this scum bag gets a good fine

The worst taxi I have ever used. My son has disability and had to use this taxi for school rides. They never on time. Waiting up to 1 hour is very common. Very hard to reach anyone at customer service. He lost so much school time because of them, and I am not even talking about the emotional part of a kid with autism waiting for 30-1 in a door ready for taxi. They don't have enough cars and always take too many orders.

When you call the company, the employees lie. Their service is not free and their service is bad. We demand that they be held accountable and that their appointments are not respected

Driver arrived after 25 mins (which is fine due to traffic), when going to the drivers side to check it's the correct cab he denied it was for himself, however after checking the details and licensed plate and confronting the driver, the driver confirmed it was him but he would not take the job, and told me to contact the service centre before driving off. I ordered a maxi cab 6 hours in advance for a 5pm pick up and it never came. We had dinner reservations for 5:30pm. I rang the help desk at 5:20pm and the man told me that it is subject to availability and that no cab was on its way yet. Please do not have the ability to book a cab if you can not provide this service. We missed our dinner reservation because of 13 cabs, which ruined our evening.

Don’t bother trying to catch one of these cabs at night. Driver won’t leave before you give them a $50 note even if you’re only going 10 minutes away. They won’t run the meter. Don’t bother calling the call centre, all they care about is booking new trips and they let their drivers do what ever they want. Booking the top tier Uber will still be cheaper and you will know what your going to pay.

I paid for my taxi then it arrived saying it was cancelled. Then said he will take me but has to charge me again and will charge me the same price. I get to my destination already having paid the $70 to then pay $75 dollars. He called the company saying they will refund me. That was 5 days ago and I have emailed and try to call them and still nothing. Will never use this service again !!!!!

I had a DVA booking for a return trip to my home. I waited on the phone for an hour and never got a response from anyone at 13cabs. I will be informing DVA of the lack of service from 13cabs and will be asking DVA if I can use an alternate cab company. I couldn’t even get a normal cab all I got was music. If this is the way that they treat veterans, there isn’t much hope for anyone else.

I have been scammed by Yellow cab driver I was over charged. I normally use uber or black and white foe the same trip distance. Uber charged $65 black and white charged $95 But yellow cab charged me $157 and the driver used long way so he can charge me more. I called yellow cab and not hope seems they are happy with it. Very disappointed. Going to find a legal aid agent for consulting.

The pre-booked cab was more than half an hour late which meant I had missed my train to get to the airport. Another cab was arranged to get me directly to the airport. What should have been a $13 trip cost me $80.....not a good way to do business. I tried to give business to the taxis as I feel for them trying to compete with Uber. Not anymore, I'll Uber next time for sure.

**SILVER SERVICE**After seeing my corporate credit card, Driver cleared the fare screen and tried to charge me $120 for a $50 fair. I immediately challenged him and he "oh sorry i don't know how that happened" after he manually put in $120 to the EFT device. dishonest and fraudulent for a "premium" service. will never travel in a silver service cab again. had a ride in Toowoomba the other night after pm, busy time, rush hour, so I understand, we set the address to Wilsonton Shopping Centre, which with their taxi ranks it can be extremely confusing. I would love it if 13cabs and Wilsonton would please recitfy this. I must admit the staff were lovely and very professional. But would not use 13cabs again due to long wait times.

I would never use this company again. The driver drove dangerously and was on his phone to relatives/friends the whole journey and nearly collided with a truck. He also got lost and so the journey was at least a third longer but no discount offered. Didn’t help with bags either. I complained to the company via their complaints procedure and never heard a thing back.

- Regardless of when the cab is booked, it is not put into the system until 10 min prior to the pickup time. - Prebooked cabs are not assigned a driver so it is hit and miss. - The app booked my pickup point 30km from my location. - Not many drivers outside of the city. - Callback has a connection message, so the driver does not know they have got the message bank.

Luggage was not secured..flying around in the van. The van ride took 30 minutes…online it says 15-20. $75 charge & would only take cash…otherwise charge more. I booked this cab in advance THIS MORNING AT 6AM so my son could get home from work at midnight, and no one has turned up to collect my son from work and it's 12.37am!!!!!!! We need to be able to get our kids home safe - this is unacceptable! This is the 2nd time this has happened with your rubbish company! Uber it is from now on!

Use Ola, DiDi or any other rideshare option. Do not book from the app!! A driver accepted the ride and then cancelled. Taking the money and leaving me with no money to get to work or book another service. The lady on the phone couldn’t do anything and couldn’t transfer me to anyone else since the customer service line only opens from 10-4. Disgusting.

Got a cab this morning and ordered “ wait & return”. The driver picked me up then refused to wait. So I had to walk and I’m only getting over a sick spell, l’m very lightheaded and was afraid I would pass out. I told him to read the job next time. His name Vaibhav/T59450. Indians wrecked the industry, as a former driver I can tell you that they're, greedy, aggressive, scammers and totally don't care about passengers or other drivers, especially Australian drivers!! They would regularly steal fares from other drivers!! Also, the little curry muncher's without fail have no personal hygiene, they reek!!!!!!!!!!

My driver on 16/03/23 in T572625 from Sofitel at 4.30pm was on his mobile phone for the duration of my trip. Firstly not hands free then he docked it. Basic customer service would be to get off your phone whilst driving. Then 3 failed attempts to give feedback as customer care too busy to take call. Over all not a great experience

Take UBER instead. Read all the Bad reviews they speak loud. If you run to any issues the company won't reply to your emails. The drivers are scam, a reflection of a badly run and dying company. Zero customer service. I'm not sure why this company is still running. Delete your 13CABS app immediately!! First use and the last time.

if i could give this 0 stars i would. 13 cans scammed me. i was charged $41.74 as soon as i booked a maxi taxi and it never showed up. i tried to call 13 cabs but there wasn’t even a customer service option or a support option. will never be using 13 cabs again and i will keep trying to figure out how to get my money back.

Taxi booking made for us by our hotel. Driver turned up and we were the only fare waiting in the foyer. Got in cab and driver asked where we were going, told him and he immediately pulled into the nearest rank and told us he couldn't take us because he had a fare to the airport. Because of my age I no longer drive and depended on taxis for getting around. The issue I have is that a driver told me that the local drivers no longer accept short distant journeys. The absolute worst. Taxi's don't show up, cancel with no reason, there is no customer service to speak to, some drivers are very rude. Even if you book the night in advance they manage to either be half an hour late or just not show up. Honestly, use anything but 13Cabs because it can't be much worse. Walk if you can.

It was so easy to call and schedule a pick up. The refreshing part was not having to deal with drivers cancellation but not being able to see the route that the driver chose meant I had to sit longer in traffic and spend more money to get to my destination based on their choice rather than a set route.

Pre-booked a ride to the airport using the Price Guarantee. When the driver arrived, they refused to take the fare unless we paid an additional fee. We didn't have time to find an alternative option (couldn't risk missing our flight) so we just had to pay it. We won't use this dodgy company again.

Prebooked a maxi to get a group to an event on time. Driver picked up the wrong group. The 1300 is automated and there is no one to speak to, so we didnt realise they did this until quite late (the app says "picked up"). We were all late for the event and ended up using ubers. Never again!

I left some Duty Free in a 13Cab and when I contacted the 13Cabs they had no record of my journey. We were picked up from Brisbane airport and told that they had no idea which cab that was as they are only a booking service and the Cabs are all owned by owner-drivers. Beware.!
