Was told about a promotion for a Vape pen. I agreed to buy it and was told to pay for it first,so I did so. After the purchase,I was THEN told I now needed to give them all my info.I gave them my name and email but didn't feel comfortable with providing my D.O.B,Address etc. When I didn't want to share all my personal info,I was told I couldn't have the product so I said no problem and asked for a refund instead. They then tell me there's no refunds on a product I haven't even been provided yet. So they took my money and refused to give me the product. After roughly 10 minutes of arguing back and forth, the store manager gave her info to the Vape rep,he then gave me the product and the manager then banned me from the store after being a regular customer for 2 years,stating I was being "rude and ignorant" . I wasn't vulgar,I didn't curse at anyone,I just wanted either my money back or the product I paid for. They didn't tell me the purchase would require all my personal info,then accepted my money,then didn't give me the product,then refused me a refund,after arguing and finally getting the product,I then get banned. Customer service said they'd look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. That customer service rep said that manager needed coaching. I didn't hear from them for over a week so I called back. 24 hours later, I was told that the "area manager" reviewed the situation and agreed with the store manager and that my ban from the store will hold. This company doesn't understand,nor do they care about customer or consumers rights. They kept me in there,holding my money and the product and they call me ignorant. If you have other options, I strongly suggest using other stores and not supporting this company. 0 out of 5 stars (had to put one or I couldn't post) Worst transaction of my life followed by worst customer service of my life.
Been a customer for a while, went in couple of weeks ago to get some stuff. I was assisted by Rachel who was super friendly and really went above and beyond. The device color i wanted was out of stock however she provided me with alternatives and took it upon her self to follow up with me a week later to notify me when the item is in stock. I was surprised to see her calling me like 2 days after to let me know that she managed to get the item in a very short time. I was really impressed by her attitude and her willingness to help and go above and beyond. I see how she greats people in the store and how she builds rapport which is great and makes me come back everytime. Great service Rachel!
I normally wouldn't review 180 stores as the service has been fairly consistent (and great) across all locations I've visited, but I must make an exception in this case as I had a remarkably pleasant experience today at this location. Dakota was kind enough to go through a multitude of flavours for vape juice recommendations for me, and she was very patient and informative despite my indecisiveness. Dakota was able to recommend one that I was finally able to happily settle on and I just wanted to give some recognition what I consider to be exemplary customer service at this location.
Went in a Month ago to quickly grab a pod as I was on the go and ran out. Was impressed with the wide selection of options. But even more impressed with the young lady working that day. Now I vape twice as much just so I can go in and see Rachel once a week. She's awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and easy going, and she didn't make fun of me when I came in the store dressed like a 12 year old boy (as my 10 year old daughter described me). I can go anywhere to buy my vape products, but I keep coming back here because of her. All her fault. :)
Never been to a vape store before ? Well either have I . Till now i walked in and was immediatly great very nicely by the new manager at the Don Mills location across from the Science Centre . Rachel was thd managers name that helped me. She was great had me and my wife firing question after question just to see how she would handle the pressure . She did great had me and the wife loaded up with a big bag of goodies to try and happily on our way . Great Experience ¡! Thanks Rachel !!!!!
I’ve been going to this location for a while and I have been very impressed with the customer service. Recently I went in to try out a new vape and was helped by Rachel. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had regarding different types of vapes. Her knowledge was very impressive and helped me pick a vape I love. Definitely recommend going to this location. You won’t be disappointed.
I had such a wonderful experience at this location was served by Ciara & Val who were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. It was such a quick and easy transaction I will forsure be making this my regular stop for my vaping needs! Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good deals.
Best experience ever. Last week Rachel showed outstanding customer service, and she definitely put customers first. She was very patient and helped me pick out a flavour that I’m now in love with. Will definitely be coming back and telling others. They gyal deserves a million dollar raise
Amazing customer service experience, I don’t ever post reviews but last week I was served by Valeriia and she really took the time to show me how to use my new Vaporesso from setting up and all the way to filling. Can’t thank her enough for her time, will come back!
My boyfriend and I bought 2 new vapes yesterday. Dan and Keith were by far the most helpful staff we've ever experienced at any vape store in the GTA. They had a ton of information and recommendations to help us find what we were looking for. Thanks you guys!!!!
Great service. I walked in and right away the clerk came from the back to greet me. Jennifer was extremely courteous with an exemplary smile. She answered all of my questions with expert knowledge and was very patient. All around excellent experience.
This shop is absolutely great. Any time I've gone in there the staff has been amazingly helpful and patient. Honestly, one of my favorite vape shops. Even better than some of the ones downtown/uptown. Definitely worth checking out!
Sometime last week I came into the store and Rachel greeted me right away! Super friendly and she helped me get everything I need. She answered all my questions and has some great suggestions. Will definitely be coming back again!
Great service. Josh the manager is polite, well mannered and knowledgeable. He can easily upsell a customer on the necessities without being a salesperson just trying to make extra money on upsales customers don't need.
