Cannot recommend Saif enough! Managed to lock myself out of my flat, he gave me a quote over the phone and arrived exactly when he said he would. He kept me updated on the timings as well, letting me know how far away he was. Life savers!! Returned home to find that I had locked myself out. Called out to 1a ideal locksmith Ltd. They responded promptly and asked for a pic of the lock. Unlike other locksmith they checked before giving a quote which was the most competitive. Within 5 minutes, they were at my address . In a few minutes, door was open with no damage. I can't recommend them enough, good job!!

Ideal Locks did a fantastic job fixing the lock on my external french doors. Emailed them and within a couple of hours they had arrived, also taking all precautions against Covid-19. Costs were reasonable and all explained beforehand. Took less than hour and the door is like new. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Just bought a new house, insurance required all our locks to be upgraded so Junior came highly recommended. Upgraded our whole house to new 3* British Standard locks and high security handles and now we fully comply with our insurance.
