I recently had my house roofed by 1st National Roofing and was very pleased with their work. The roofers worked very hard to complete the job on my 3,400 sq ft home in one day including my shed. Nick Brantley, the Charlotte Office Manager, was especially helpful in pointing out to my insurance adjuster areas of damage and why the roof needed replaced. He also made it as painless as possible for me to submit the necessary forms to my mortgage bank and insurance company. His assistant Nate, likewise was very good about addressing concerns I had and likewise conducted himself in a very professional manner as well.

I was so pleased by the professionalism of 1st National Roofing. I had storm damage to my roof and it was such a smooth process to get it replaced. Nate Jackson the PM showed up at my house and clearly explained the process. He came back a few days later and went on the roof with the adjustor. Nate did all the work with the adjustor and made the process super easy. 1st National roofing also did an excellent job in communicating with me before during and after the work was completed. If you are looking for a roofing company I recommend this company 100 percent.

Great company to have work for me. Called them they came out and did inspection for FREE. Jason Kamp was friendly and not a bit pushy. He helped me get financing for the roof my wife wanted. He came out and made sure every thing was done right. They made a small mistake and they fixed it no hassle. Clean up was great and he came back when I had a question. Jason made it a easy . The quality product and quality work I would use them again.

My sales rep/site manager was very polite and patient. He took the time to make sure I understood not just the process but the intricates of repairing and replacing a roof. He continued to be responsive even after the insurance refused to pay. He provided me with their financing options. The whole process was smooth and easy. Nathan was extremely professional- he worked with our insurance company and walked us through the various alternatives. The team also readjusted our gutter guards and installed roof fan I bought for an additional price that was reasonable. The overall experience was excellent. The roof looks great and no issues.
