BEWARE OF FAKE QUARTZ BANGERS. I've been dealing with the Madison Ave location for about 4 years or so now... spending $50-100 easily every visit, every few months. I normally get a quartz banger or 2 when I stop in and some other fun things, but sadly, I will not be taking my money there any longer. I've had nothing but issues out of their quartz bangers (I've been through 7) ranging from not fitting properly on the rig (both over and undersized connections) to not having a smooth surface on the top (creating an inability to have a restricted airflow with a carb cap) to, more recently, being more carbon silicate and less quartz, if even quartz at all. They just decided to get a whole bunch of new styles of quartz bangers in a bunch of shapes, sizes, and thicknesses in the $15-30 range. I purchased two $25 bangers (14mm female 4mm nail thickness) and an extremely overpriced and under-worked $35 carb cap... and first off, neither banger would create an airtight seal on the rig. And after wiping them down and placing them on the rig and doing an initial 1 minute torch application... both bangers cracked at the base of the joint during the cooldown process... Quartz doesn't do that... even a glass nail shouldn't do that people!!! So here I am, $50 in the drain and never even got to use the product. Not the first time that I've had a bad experience with nails there, so i figured i would go in and politely ask the manager if they, in good faith, would replace my nail, and I, also in good faith, would purchase another banger for full price. I was basically told that it wasnt their fault/problem and was offered a 25% discount off of a new nail. I'm sorry but that's not proper customer appreciation. I've spent $1,000+ at this store over the years and have returned in good faith more times than I can count after buying faulty products from them. I've been using quartz bangers for years... I'm not a noob and I really dont appreciate being treated like I don't know the difference between being sold a cheap knockoff and user error. I have a few friends that have also had problems with their glass and quartz pieces. I'll be taking my money somewhere else from now on and I highly suggest that if you're looking for quality items that you do the same.

Bought a vape there a few weeks back. it broke within 72 hrs. went back a few weeks later when my old one failed to. Let the girl behind the counter know i wanted something different, didn't want to wait on the warranty return and could use advise. She went into a speal about returning the old one. I explained I didn't want to wait or buy the same thing again. she talked right over the top of me to tell me how to return the other one to the manufacturer as if I hadn't told her twice that I wanted something else. Didn't even ask for a return. So I walked over to the manager and told her what i needed and started to tell her about her worker. She talked right over the top of me to tell me that I complain to much and that I should leave. I didn't even have to leave the intersection to find what I needed else where. the service here is usually bad but if you grin and bare it you can get what you need when everything else is closed. apparently not even smiling in their face while their rude works now. Other than high end work they on't have anything that can't be gotten in the area elsewhere, and the high end selection at the bus so much better. There just isn't a good reason to pass up the competition to get here.

Spent 15 minutes here the other day waiting to be helped for body jewelry wich was fine because other customers were being helped. When it was finally my turn I asked if they had any acrylic retainers that would fit a septum. The girl I asked requested that the manager help to which he told her "I dont think we have those" and he sent another employee to tell us. After the third employee said that they didn't have them I asked about the one I could see on the shelf as it wasn't labeled what peircing it was for just that it was 5/16 16g and from what I could see would work. He said that he was litteraly just told they don't have them. I went to another store and bought the exact jewelry I was looking at and it worked perfectly. It was so disheartening to have such an unpleasant experience over some body jewelry when im a customer who has walked in and dropped multiple hundreds of dollars on overpriced glass. Your staff is rude, your prices are a joke and you will no longer have my business. If anyone needs a real head shop Dragon Smoke & Vape, Magic Bus, and Pimplights are all fantastic

I've only been here a handful of times. yes upon going in, they quickly ask for ID. to the people complaining about it on here,,,try going to a dispensary in Colorado they do the same!. service was sub par at best, small tatted chick with "know it all" attitude explained things so quickly and as if I were 12, that I really had no idea what I was buying in the end.. upon going back for something to add.. she acted as if I were wasting her time.. maybe it's just me.....but working in customer service for years I know that educating the customer is better than talking down to them.. it keeps them coming back for more.. I like the store and setup. prices are manageable. and the chick was even cute lol. just not the most polite.

You know I overlooked it when the store was totally empty and they were out of a lot of basic items. I even managed to buy some glass even though most of their rigs were old fashioned and ugly/boring, but when the cashier charged me twice because he said his terminal was acting up and the “manager” I spoke to after my credit card co. notified me said he didnt know how to fix it because the bank usually does it for them (disputes) I draw the line. I will NEVER shop here again and it won’t be hard because the store was frankly depressing.Cashier failed to mention the points program despite my spending a little under a hundred dollars! Had shopped here before and it wasn’t remarkable. This place has definitely fallen off.

I HATE, I repeat HATE spending my hard earned money at this place. Attitude of the employees is ridiculous. I understand an employee or two having a hard day, but almost every single time I come in the employees are hostile and seem to act like they have just done 20 hours of hard manual labor. Almost EVERY TIME. Today a very nice, and i assume new employee helped me with my transaction. He was very helpful. Much better help than ANY other time I've came here. I only made this review because he deserves the appreciation.

This place sucks…purchased a replacement glass bowl and it didn’t fit, came in literally 5 minutes after I purchased the bowl and they refused to return it…they didn’t mention this at all when I was buying it, the kid who sold it said he was new, asked the manager and he didn’t offer anything, not even exchanging it for a piece that actually fit…poorly trained staff and terrible customer service, been coming here for years but it’s obviously gone down hill

Felt rushed, Miss the old staff as they seemed aware and not impatient with you. Let you look and would have conversation and care for what you're looking for. Now it seems to be staff aren't as friendly and don't seem as knowledgeable as past employee's. As a customer i felt as if i was a burden for asking questions as well. Sucks because I've been going to the shop for years and now i just want to avoid it.

Oh. My. Overwhelmed. ADHD!! So there are three sections to this place. They only card to go into the glass pipes section, its called liability and i understand. There is SOOOOOO much in the glass area and the staff is WONDERFUL. I mainly dealt with this cute redhead Ashley i think and she was very patient and very cool. I will definitely return, especially with their great prices and incredible selection.

I spent $300 on a vaporizer so they gave me $20 in rewards points. When I asked if I could immediately use those points on buying a jar, the manager got mad and called me “kinda cheap” as he walked away. I spent THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS in your store, but I’m “cheap” for wanting to use my reward points. Lmao. Okay. One of the friendly associates helped me out, but I won’t be back here again.

Stopped in with my husband and browsed around the place! We LOVE this Shoppe and had the pleasure of Nate helping us out. This guy was awesome with knowing the answers to my questions and giving me some info about different types of rolling papers. Our old roller was shot so got a new one of those too since we were right there. Definitely going back like we have the past 7 years!!

Been shopping here for years! Love to collect different types of all smoke pieces. For about a year now service has sucked really bad. I pulled two of the same pipes out of the try, exactly the same, one was $10 & the other was $25? Same exact piece, I ask why dude said I don't know and put them both back on display. Bad business! taking my business else where! ✌️out!

I’ve shopped here previously and not the best experiences in general (pushy service and vapes that don’t even work). However, learning most recently of the work environment here has shown me they don’t deserve a reasonable person’s business. Management appears to have created a hostile work environment that no employee should have to suffer from. Do better.

Prior review: 5 stars. Lovely, all the way. Current review: 1 star due to what appears to be the pod people who have taken over the formerly lovely, helpful employees I have encountered on my many vacations to this establishment. One day I will give this place a chance again to get my points and hope to have a wonderful experience again when the day comes.

don't really get the bad reviews, oh no a head shop isn't run by the most hardworking and dedicated workers of all time. I don't care. I wanted a water pipe at a good price, they had the selection, the staff was friendly, and I got a good deal. The old standby for a reason, I haven't found another head shop I like as much around here.

I went to this store trying to get me some supplies but the small girl with black hair treated me as if I was and inconvenience and not taking on consideration the needs I was having for this buy,no longer I'll be stopping by this store in the future,i rather wait and drive pass this store than be treated as an inconvenience(2) again.

Normally my husband and I love this storm and has spent thousands of dollars at this store as of today we had a very horrible experience with one of the employees she was really rude and didn't want to cooperate with helping us find the items we needed she was very ill-toned and short-worded with attitude that was not prompted by us

I have been to a lot of smoke shops and I have to say this is my favorite. I never shop anywhere else anymore. I always get great customer service! I got awesome help from Aria today she was super patient with me taking forever to choose what I want. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

Came to buy incense. Went in without a mask as it made no sense to have it on for two seconds to then take it off to smell the different scents. Employee harassed me for not having one on even though I said I can’t smell incense with a mask on. “Wear it around your chin then”. Will not be back.

With all the recent negitive reviews about the staff I was really hesitant about coming here again. But I was shocked to see the kindness that I was treated with when walking in. Exceptional customer service and good deals on 420. Will be returning again. And again. And again.

Sold me a 100.00 threadless vape and told me their was a separate attachment for it that i could use for mutiple purposes. Go in two weeks later and they tell me they dont make anything like that for my vape. And guess what? No refunds or exchanges. Will never go here again.

One of Indys best head shops with massive inventory to select from. Few items a little pricy but overall on par with other stores prices, just with a better selection. (Update) The very arrogant and rude staff on last visit just cost them 3 stars from myself.

I love coming to this store because I’m always helped quickly and the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Especially my dawg Tolby he hooked it up even tho I didn’t have a pizza lol. Best shop and staff in the city hands down.

I have been super happy with this shop every visit! There is a fella named Ish who has been super cool and helpful with great suggestions. I have never been disappointed with their products! This is definitely my go to shop!

I literally hate this place with a burning passion. Their employees and not knowledgeable about their products. All they hire are kids that only know how to say is "oh I dont know" never shop here, or at least this location.

They told me that they had a product I was looking for over the phone upon arrival they said they didn't have it without even looking. I would give zero stars if it was possible and I will not shop there in the future.

This location always has a great selection for good prices. Their glass selection is definitely the best around! The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a cute little Halloween selection right now

I bought a product got home didn't work try take it back they say nothing they can do everything bought in store is sold as is with no returns which is very bad business so I will take my business elsewhere.
