On Monday I submitted a form on their Contact Us page to schedule an appointment. I received a call back within 20min for someone to make two copies of the key for my Mazda 5 on Wednesday at 1pm. Today is Wednesday and by 2:30pm no one showed up and I hadn't received any notification. I called them back, and was told there wasn't a request in their system, and that I should wait for a callback from "upper management". I hope they call me back ASAP and can resolve this, but it's pretty disappointing. I'm willing to adjust my review if they can speedily resolve the issue. Edit: Was called back 30min later to say they would send someone out and call back quickly with an ETA. 1 hour later I was called back expecting an ETA, but instead was asked why I had left a critical review. Upon explaining my review I was hung up on with no mention of if they would come provide services. Edit 2: Was contacted by Adam who apologized for the interaction, specifically the confrontation from the technician, and was offered to comp the service or connect me with another company and they'd send me a credit to amend for the interaction. I felt he was respectful and professional, and appreciated his desire to make things right. Will post final update based on how things go on Sunday. Final edit: The locksmith did a great job, showing up early on Sunday. I am satisfied the key copies were provided free of charge.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to praise the team at 24 Hour Lock and KeuSunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend, go out to my old Toyota parked on the street, and it had been rifled through, nothing of value other than a handful of coins, must of left a door unlocked. Unfortunately, the perp jammed something deep in the ignition that had broken off, the radio was going, and I couldn’t get the piece out with needle nose pliers, tiny screwdrivers, knife, etc. Labor Day weekend! I’m screwed. Figured I would have to wait a few days to get someone to help repair the ignition. Looked around for a local automotive locksmith and liked the reviews for 24 Hour Lock and Key so gave a call, expecting an answering machine. Instead, was surprised and delighted to get a human voice, was said a tech would call me back. In minutes I was talking to the tech who came out within the hour, assessed the situation, went back to his shop to get a new replacement ignition, and returned to install it shortly thereafter. Wow. It was not an inexpensive fix, new parts and labor, but worth every penny to have peace of mind. Thank you 24 Hour Lock and Key.

Who are you going to call when you lock yourself out of the house? Actually, you don't need to call. Fill out a web form like I did for 24 Hour Lock and Key. I got a return call in 15 mins with a price quote. Tony, the technician, was successful at getting me back into my house. He arrived promptly and performed the service expeditiously as well. I was charged what was quoted over the phone. Afterward, the company followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with service and billing. Yes, I most certainly was. This is why I am here writing this review. Thank you, 24 Hour Lock and Key...and especially Tony for getting me out of the cold and into my home.

Realized I had lost keys to my storage as I was headed there with a Uhaul full of stuff!! Tony was there within 30 min and was able to cut the lock off and keep us moving...SO grateful for 24 Hour Lock and Key as they responded to my call immediately and Tony was efficient and friendly and reassured me I was not the only one that had done this. I will definitely keep their number for any lock out emergencies in the future!! Thank you so much!!

Omar and his company are the BEST! We spent two hours waiting for locksmiths who said they'd come and didn't or said they could do the job and then called 40 minutes later to say they couldn't. I called 24 Lock and Key. They picked up on the first ring, were courteous and friendly, and had Omar, our technician, at our car with in twenty minutes. He fixed our problem in 10 minutes. When AAA let me down, this company SHOWED UP same day (late afternoon on a Friday) and cut me a new key. The locksmith that showed up, Omar, was extremely professional, courteous, and FAST. Their prices were the same as AAA fyi. I know this sounds like a paid review but it’s not. I rarely leave reviews but this was top notch service by a company that cares

Quotes $145, told my wife $185 and then charged me $210 and then had to call back two to get a receive. They were responsive on the lock out itself. Just feel we were take. Advance of since I was in the hospital and they were dealing with my wife. Just not right. Would not recommend. You dispatched Master Key speedy lock locksmith to do the work

My experience with 24 hour lock and key was great. The technician came out to have my car key fixed and I was so happy to be able to save some money by buying my own car key shell online. The tech was very friendly and the whole experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend them.
