Losing the quality and service! 24 seven are newly open franchisees in Hyderabad which covered almost every metro station. Guys! The customer service is really pathetic. Especially, in Madhapur metro branch which is a IT hub and more number of passenger travel from this location. 1. The food items like samosa are extremely oily. When I tried to tell about this to the person who is taking care of the billing he didn't even bother. 2.Moreover, the other guy used my bill as tissue paper ! I am requesting the management of 24 seven to train it's employees before recruiting. Also they have to work on the quality of the product.
Wrong update on the google about the opening hour. When I searched on google it’s showing OPEN and when I visited the store it was closed.
