good place to go when you are in hurry. good collection and location. but the service is not customer friendly. recently when i went there to have a brunch since most of the restaurants were not open and it was Gandhi Jayanti i had a very strange experience. it was only few minutes left for happy hours deal. i ordered a noodle and fried rice combo both non veg. the cashier guy entered it and confirmed that we got the deal. then came the girl who is supposed to be 'supervisor'. she decided that we love Manchurian more than the order we placed and singlehandedly asked the guy in counter to change it. and in the conundrum that followed the happy hours time was over . and they happily billed at 12.03 without telling us that the time is over asked us to pay the full amount. i asked for the bill and the wise guy in the counter understood that we are going to complaint and he took bill out of the counter were there no cashier. i don't know whether they are incentivised to deny the customers the happy hour deals. they are thinking they are smart. its okay to be smart but don't think others are fool. Dear Team, I am writing this mail to inform you that me and my friend has visited you green park store( Near Metro station) during our lunch time ,we went there to buy some chocolates by keeping in mind that we will have some desert after lunch, then below incident has happened We choose dairy milk bubble, billing was done then my friend said just exchange this as she don't wanna have this post that we decided to have another one , then the associate( THIS IS ALARMING THAT SHE WAS NOT HAVING ANY NAME BATCH) extremely rude person I have ever met she mentioned """ Ab change nhe ho sakti , BHOT LAMBA PROCESS HAI CHANGE KARNE KA aur ab chocolate out of stock ho gyi hai ab nhe ho sakti change """ Then we said no problem you can exchange with same price of chocolate over that she mentioned """ lene phele souchna chahiye tha na "" in very rude tone I think she is working there under pressure or I don't know what bad has happened with her Post that we took that first choclate with us with the bad mood 24/7 we use very regularly and as it's near my office also soo we go there very often Please look into this as these kind of employees are spoiling name of THE 24/7 store I am extremely unhappy with the experience

I was buying a semi cooked frozen chicken preparation and just requested the person over the counter to heat the same as they do have microwaves however the intelligent and Extremely customer friendly gentlemen refused statung that they do not heat any products other than sold by them . My question is, that their are 100s of products which are semicooked and have to be heated before consumption. So why are u guys selling them only . If i will have to prepare something at home after buying from 24*7 , will definitely not have to visit any outlet as our homes are definitely far better in serving us a meal at an odd hour of the day. Seriously most illogical excuse and unprofessional approach to customer needs . PLEASE VISIT ANY OTHER BRANCH!!!

Its a great boon for all the night armours! As there is no outlet around which is open late at night this one comes in handy with almost all the basics and also a couple of cosmetics and medicines and toiletries... It gives you the foreign vibes! The staff is very very polite and kind at all times!! Their cafeteria kind of section is tempting as they heat the food and serve you while billing.... The cash counter has a great variety of confectionery you'l otherwise jus find at an airport! Just its a hole in your pocket when u come out... Which u could have saved if shoped from a local store!

The staff is not willing to make waffles, and lately they started saying that machine is not working or it will take 15-20 mins. I ordered a coffee and same thing machine is not working. This is a normal occurance now. Would like the management to look into these issues as customers are not happy with the same. Either keep things in working condition or do not keep it at all.

It's not as good as other Twenty Four Seven branches, and it needs a lot of maintenance, but nonetheless, it's useful. You can find a lot of daily needs items here, however if variety is what you're looking for, then go to Modern Bazaar, a recently opened store at a walking distance of 2 minutes from here. Modern Bazaar has a lot better items and a beautiful atmosphere

Good place you can many of the basic things out their . But need to add more things which we require on daily basis and if you keep something ready to eat available for whole day that would be really great I visited one night and their was nothing ready to be eaten item so I had to settle for soft drinks and nachos. Overall good and convenient

22-6-21 I purchase godrej frozen food item I fry in our home but very smelly taste I continue try touch by phone green Park 24/7 but continue is busy I trying godrej customer care jo but not giving response. I suggest please don't purchase frozen item right now because all item date is march manufacturing.

For those who don't go here, please try it out. Since this place serves the best you can get at good prices, i surely recommend it. Moreover, it's 24x7, you don't have to worry about timings. Enjoy all the imported stuff that you won't find anywhere else right near your home in a 24x7 store.

They make you as if they are doing a favour by servicing. They don't have adequate staff. Made us wait 30 min in the que and still could not complete the billing. The staff don't response to customer queries and giv u a straight face and ignore. This is the worst 24*7 i have ever visited.

The store is cramped with racks. Very limited space between the racks to walk. It seems the iwner had a small budget for rent, so took a smaller space and stuffed it. U need atleast 50% more space so that customers can breathe inside and shop with more ease.

Only go when in emergency because 1. Inadequate staff 2. They make you wait for 30 min atleast for billing 3. They wont answer your queries and will ignore u on your face 4.No customer satisfaction at all And this has happened repeated number of times

My best place to get some relaxation...i love buy food items from here and juices which i normally dont find in normal shops. Near by to green park metro station and from my office so i always being here to makemy pallate happy

Great place. Friendly staff. Located in prime area near the petrol pump. They have some offer going on during festivals which is great too. And yes, did I mention like most of convenience stores, this is open round the clock!!

Worst service ever in this outlet specially the guy name Rahul Kumar, doesn’t even have the manner to speak and he is very rude, a Sood such places, guys like him will do nothing but make your experience worse.

Offers decent food and fancy items to buy at a very short distance from AIIMS and at odd times. This place has become a favorite since it opened. They can expand on the variety though.

A mid range joint but offers good amount of stuff to buy from. They have good range of food options veg or non veg both. Staff is always helpful. Few spots of parking space available.

This store is my everyday centre of eatery. I take my everyday snacks from here. The staff is polite and well educated too. Great place to take your snacks n satisfy your hunger.
