Faboulous services provided for beginners, the gym team is very friendly and I’ve personally exercised with MOIZ. I liked his way of teaching and that’s I took personal training also with him. Over all the service is much appreciated and I would recommend everyone to at least visit and see it for yourself.

Love the 24 hr opening, equipment is good. Not a fan of the changing/shower facilities on offer, being unisex & only behind one door. Would be nice to have tv's ..
