The great experience with our car started from the purchase. We have got our GLE 450 3 months ago, and the sales team in 3-point Fairfield provided very professional service, Guang and James are wonderful, and with their help, our purchase experience was flawless. Came here fir a coolant check after the light came on. They were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Called them first and they said to just drop in. I waited for about 10 minutes there and they did the job on the spot. So quick and easy, will go back!

Only nice to you when you’re about to purchase a car. As soon as you want to sell or move away from Mercedes they will not even acknowledge you. Also Mercedes build quality and reliability are really poor even when paying top dollar. Never again Mercedes.
