Whatever's promised on paper, is never on site. Builder had filed for NCLT and declared himself bankrupt. 18 partners of 5p group - all are absconding.

Last week, visited 5P's Royal Heritage, Vangani & 5P Aria -neral. Both locations are superb. Got best deal at Aria, as its very close to Neral station.

Too much slow project, launch in Feb 2012 and till the time there is no club house and other amenities AND OC is till awaiting

This real estate company is working sincerely and cooperating with all the customers. That is their plus point.
