Brian Nash isn't a great Attorney, he is an Outstanding Attorney. Not only does he know his craft and the law better than any other I've met with or used in the past, but what really stuck with me is his remarkable compassion for everyone. Let me explain what I mean. I had a situation that 2 other "well-to-do" attorneys said I was basically screwed between a rock and a hard place, and within 10 minutes of our conversation Nash had a solution neither of the other attorneys thought of. Immediately I had new hope. But the reason I'm writing this review is because he actually cared about ME too. He never treated me like a number or put our meetings on a time limit, he wanted nothing more than to get my case dismissed and be my friend after it all. He even checked up on me after the case was dropped just to see how I was and we are still friends to this day because of that. What kind of attorney does that? This last part I'm sure this will surprise him when he reads this, but one day I was in the office, I was on a call in his conference room when a distressed man walked in. I finished my call and I overheard the man in the lobby tell Nash he needed help and wanted to know how much it cost because he was tight on money and running out of time. Nash replied with something to the effect of, hey man I know exactly how you're feeling right now and I just want to let you know if money is a problem, I'll fight for you and after we win your case you can pay me back when you're back on your feet however you're able to, even in payments if you have to because I just want to help you now while there's time. The man right away was relieved and then explained to Nash that his phone died and needed to find a ride home and Nash offered to give him a ride home no questions asked... A complete stranger. I dare you to find me one attorney who would do all that without hesitation just to be a good person. The man couldn't accept the ride because he didn't want to inconvenience him, so instead Nash ordered him an Uber and got the man home. Nash is the best, no question. Okay I'm sorry this is going to be long but if you're reading reviews to find an attorney I hope you found this one I live in North Carolina and I got in trouble in Tennessee about 16 years ago and it was never resolved I went online and searched attorneys and pick mr. Nash just out of the blue. I truly wish I could pick lottery tickets as good as finding good attorney. I spoke with the paralegal and within an hour mr. Nash called me personally to discuss my case my case was old it was not in the clerk's office are in the computers so they had to dig for it the next day is paralegal called me and told me what was going on this was a Friday. The next week mr. Nash called me again personally to tell me my options he was going to try and expunged mycase so I didn't have to pay the fines and save me money. After further discussion he said that I wasn't a good candidate for expungement but told me after the time he had spent that I didn't need him or any attorney all I had to do was pay the fines at the clerk's office. I paid an attorney in my hometown $10,000 and spoke to him once mr. Nash spoke to me twice personally and his paralegal twice and then told me did I didn't need to pay him and told me how to take care of it myself so if you are looking for an attorney that will work for you and be honest with you do yourself a favor and hire mr. Nash. I sure you this is not a paid advertisements and completely honest I don't even live in the state

Legal battle over and finally feel free to talk about what an absolute waste of a lawyer Brian Nash is. Hired him in 2019 and he did absolutely nothing. Brian was impossible to get on the phone and when an appointment was scheduled he always missed it because he was catching a flight or doing something else completely ridiculous. Once I did get him on the phone he did not have a clue who I was or what state I was from. On my first court appearance I had to drive 7 hours for him to be late for showing up and to tell me that he had just continued the case anyways. Something he could have told me a number of times before I drove and booked a hotel room. Multiple court dates went by and he still had not done anything and was still confused on where I lived in the first place. Between his tardiness in court, his inability to do any preliminary case work, and the cringe worthy amount of selfies this guy posts I had finally had enough and I called to fire him. Of course he immediately returned my call that time but it was too late. Best thing I ever did for my case was throw away the $1500 and fire Brian Nash. A year and a half from the date I hired Nash I was finally able to resolve my case with a very highly regarded Franklin attorney. Do your research and pay attention to the negative reviews here because they are the only legit reviews. -B Connor

Update: July 15, 2021: So you have so many people you took $500 from in October and DIDNT DO ANY WORK that you can’t even figure out who left the review? People pay attention to the negative reviews here. He still has not contacted my fiancé. He still has his $500. Gave him $500 last October. Once he got the money, we couldn’t get him on the phone without a struggle. The receptionist would just say she would pass on the message. He finally put another attorney in contact but then we never heard a word after the initial call. It’s the end of June, 8 months later and not one thing has been done regarding what he was hired for.

5 out of 5 got the case dismissed on the second court date. Brian called when I first contacted him about my case we talked for about an hour. After I told him what happened and my side of the story he explained to me the law and how he would guide me to winning my case: 1. stay out of jail; 2. limit the damage to my record and 3. get my life back on track. He understood me and my situation. With determination and conviction he said "I will either get this case dismissed (which he did) or reduced to a lesser charger". I am from out of state and was facing 2 years in a state penitentiary and Brian and Preston BOTH did an EXCELLENT job in preparing, and taking on the case when it was crunch time. Mr Nash and I were talking today, I had a speeding ticket which happened to be my first ticket in 15 years. I had come into the court house so let to pay the ticket. He took it upon himself to go directly to the judge and have the ticket dismissed for traffic school. He asked for nothing in return. I live In Chicago and got into a little trouble while down in Nashville. I found this law firm on Google while searching for help. Luckily, the DA ended up withdrawing the charges, but prior to that happening I was communicating back and forth with the attorney. I had never been arrested prior to this and they explained everything to me in ways I could understand. I hope I never need an attorney in Nashville again, but if I do, I’ll know who to call!

Hands down the most caring lawyer I’ve ever had. He truly cares about his clients.
