The sample food was kept from many days..I just asked with fun way to change it as it was covered with fungus...Cashier was soo rude in front of everyone and said 'yeh nikal k thodi de rahe khaane Jo bol rhe' ..when I ask her name she directly denied it..pls before hiring such staff teach them etiquette and also how to speak with customer....all employees are very rude.

Manager behaviour was very rude and had a fight with me as he was attending me with high and harsh tone because of it i also lost my temper and had a heated argument his statement was “chal nikal” and all. Worst 7/11 encounter if this is the behaviour of manager the god bless the staff.

Scam going on These people will add random stuffs to increase the bill amount and would even argue that you bought it when you don't. 2 girl staffs are there in this scam and they both overcharge people by pretending system issue/ product fell down etc.

For It Doesn't Deserve One Star Also Network Issue While Paying Online and Not Providing Bill After Payment Successfully Done and Staff Service is Very Bad and Saying Give Good Review on Payment Machine But 7 Eleven Staff are Very Arrogance

Cashier charged extra on product MRP... We purchased 2 product for rs125 wherein they charged 15rs extra.... after confronting he said they had some system issue while scanning product barcode...

I visited Rupa solitaire 7/11 service is very worst asking me to pay more then the MRP and when I was saying then were arguing that u have to pay more worstest service and worstest employees

Fraud people, adding charges for stuff I never bought and top of that not giving full order too
