UPDATE: nothing seems to have improved from 8 months ago. Ownership does not care. I took photos of pump #11 where it appears the mid-octane button was smashed off and so that selection is impossible. Outside comm system at another pump and plastic brochure holder are smashed. No paper at my pump. Trash can overflowing. Dutch Bros coffee next door is clean with awesome staff but this place is poorly maintained. This used to be a wonderful location but management does not care. Zero investment in upkeep. Pumps often do not read debit cards and rarely print receipts. Touch screens are faded and very difficult to read in daylight and evening light. Employees seem totally defeated to work here. The owner of this franchise location would see more profitable business if this property were better managed.

I walked up to the counter with my coffee just now and asked, "Plus could I get a carton of" and was immediately cut off by the cashier as she said "Don't have any". This lady is not customer friendly. The other employees are. I could see behind her there were easily ten packs of the brand I was about to ask for. The other employees usually ring up ten packs for me at the carton price. Not this lady. Just bluntly, "don't have any". I'm 50 years old and never seen rude customer service like this before. Is she's working just walk out and go somewhere else. That's what I'm doing from now on.

I use to work here,I loved it loved the customers,I had quit my job,I had stopped in a couple of times, the other morning I stopped in for some coffee,the night lady was being rude yelling calling me name,telling me I wasn't allowed in there,slapped my hand off the door,now I have not been told I wasn't allowed there,this was very wrong and very rude,something needs to be done.i will call higher people today,to have something done.

The last time I went in on a Sunday to make a quick purchase, I had a very uncomfortable experience with the cashier. It was just me and him. He was asking me a lot of personal questions about relationship status, when asked if we could be friends and after saying no several times, kept begging me to give him my cell phone number and wouldn’t stop. Warning to other girls going in by themselves.

Riaz is awesome!!! it's always pleasant dealing with him. The older woman, on the other hand, is a different story. highly unpleasant. I saw her driving off in her van this morning as I was pulling up to put gas. I got a kick out of her religious stickers framing her vehicle. Lady, you can cloak your entire life with religious motifs it will never change the fact that you're one mean person.

This location management and attends need to be removed . There is a lady attendant that is absolutely terrible at doing her job with the worst attitude I have ever seen. I think her name is Keisha. She was very rude to me and my wife on many separate occasions. I even talked to management about her and they just laughed at me. We don't want this in our neighborhood please.

Just bought this drink. April 30.2023. Drank more than half of it but couldn’t get over the smell. It’s a gut health drink and my eyes aren’t the best so I came Home after running errands and checked the expiration date. It expired January 21,2023. Tried calling the store but no one answered. I’ll be calling code compliance as well as corporate bc that’s disgusting

Went in to purchase a snack for the hour drive home and use the restroom but she refused to let me use the bathroom. Older lady, very rude and unprofessional. I left. Husband and I were rearranging our car and she stared at us the whole time, hovering near a phone. Sounds like everyone has the same complaints about this woman. We drove up the road instead.

The woman who works in the morning is very rude and always seems bothered to help customers. One day she thought it was okay to complain to me about not wanting to cover another employees shift and how she should have been home at that time. I will never visit this 7eleven again. I go out of my way not to. She's also always on her phone.

UPDATE: Still not fixed. Tried this morning but 5 minutes of pumping got me 3 gallons of gas. Your diesel prices are good but I can't imagine you sell much when you can't pump it. Fix your Diesel Pumps. They literally pump only 1 gallon in 3 minutes. Would love to use rewards and fuel credit but I don't have 30 minutes to fill my tank

This is yet another poorly ran location. No toilet paper, no paper towels. The only employee here hasn't even been told where any of these items are for your customers. Pathetic and sad!!!!!! I took some paper towels off the shelf and put them in the bathroom so I could pee! How sad is that!!!!! Get your store together!

Worst costumer service. My husband went in and asked for them to put a certain amount on the pump. He came back and it only first accepted $1.11 and we had to go back in and they told him it should work. He came and we got the amount we needed and will be using the Walmart across the street from now on.

The guy in front of this store every day uses your money to buy crack. Everyone giving him money is enabling his habit. He is perfectly capable of working and refuses to. Store managers have done nothing to get rid of him. There are 2 perfectly normal 7-11 stores nearby. Go to one of those instead.

I stopped in this location recently at around 10pm to use the restroom, and buy drinks and a snacks, but was informed that the restroom is closed at night. If your restroom is closed, my wallet is closed. I spent $18 a few miles up the road at a place that had open restrooms.

They need to learn a different way to clean the windows, or a different time than when they have customers. Because there's no reason that I should have heard the door chime so many times that it gave me a migraine while I was standing here trying to get a coffee.

Don't pay attention to their gas prices on the Gas Buddy app, someone keeps putting a lower price than what their prices actually are. I update it on the Gas Buddy app everything I go by there. I always put the correct & current prices.

This place hasn’t been around long but you can already tell that maintenance and cleanliness are being neglected. It’s in a great location but is not being taken care of so I prefer not to go there often.

2 days in a row, 2 different pumps, no receipt paper either time. So I have to wait in line for a receipt because some hillbilly can’t do his job? Last visit and it’s been my daily stop for a while.

Convenient spot for gas and snacks. However I need True North energy drinks! Literally dying inside finding out you guys don’t stock this amazing product here. Please get some soon. Thank you.

This visit was good. The store was inviting and brightly lit. Even though it was nearly midnight, the store appeared well-stocked and clean. The female clerk was friendly and helpful.

You can ONLY pay debit/credit at night such an inconvenience to travelers. Especially since they are located right off the new toll road. Hated my experience thumbs down

This is my favorite 7/11 in the area The owner/mgr is there all the time and is happy to help with any questions or concerns. This store has not disappointed me.
