I think there was an option of no star. I have never reviewed service station or their service as it is not expected to have proper customer service experience, when you are in and out within minutes. However I believe this 7 eleven deserves a review after a day light robbery they are commiting and then justifying by getting aggressive and asking you leavr the store. The matter here is not of the money if of the principles. I bought a beef pie that had its price clearly printed on the label $3.50 however after paying for fuel and just casually sighting the receipt, I noticed the charged me $4 for the pie. I enquired about the price difference and there answere was " our prices in the system have gone up hence $4" Then another person comes out from the back office and to my shock his behaviour was like was some of the worst I have ever witnessed iny whe life. Give him the money, just go, leave and there was no aggression from my end (trust me on that). As I only asked why am I being charged more? To some it may sound like 50 cents what the heck man. But if you multiply those 50cents with the number of pies sold over a day and over a week, it becomes a significant number that they are charging customer without even knowing them. Shocking Shocking no wonder they were in wages scam few years back, as cheating has gone into their system by the looks of things. Never again especially that 7eleven. Check your receipts if you are buying stuff from this store as prices are not displayed on some items and they can charge anything they want.

I have been buying my .95 unleaded petrol for several years. The service and friendly hospitality from Ric the ( owner ) and his enthusiatic team is great. The cleaniness of this location is exceptional and the freshness of the quality of food is something so important as a valued and loyal client. As I purchase my .95 petrol weekly from 7 Eleven Mosman, I highly recommend their great coffee. Such fantastic value in comparison to other coffee outlets in Mosman. Racist customer service. Greets only Aussies. The indian looking customer service guy judged me from my long beard and didn't greet me and didn't reply and greeted the Aussie lady behind me. happened on 29 April 2023 at 10:30 am Saturday.

After calling to find out if they stocked Dr Pepper (for a friend) and being told they do and a price. I traveled 20 mins only to find out they didn’t stock it at all. Complete waste of time and money

I asked the shop keeper how much is the price of 95 fuel? He gave me a cheap price and when I put the fuel in my car, he said it was't actually 95 and it was E10. How easy people can lie!?

Toilets are absolutely disgusting! Wee everywhere on the floor, on toilet seats and never any toilet paper, hate to think what in store looks like!

Only a 5 when Paris onboard, otherwise the shelves for hot food are never stocked. So it's a 4 from me.
