Staff are good like the 711 app wouldn’t let me log in showed her a email saying there was a free krispy cream donut and she gave me a strawberry one which wasent the one I was going to get but kudos to her gave it too me most of the staff are grumpy but oh well she was good

Today i bought ice coffee but there don’t have cover. So i asked staff but he just point with ice melt cover finger after said ‘ice melt’ he so rude for me and i used ice melt cover. so I spilled some coffee while drinking it. Terrible and i am very uncomfortable

Was refused entry at 1:30am on a Friday due to the store being "closed". If your staff are incapable of fulfilling their duties of restocking shelves and serving customers I'd suggest hiring new staff or rostering more staff. Unacceptable.

The worst 7/11 customer service provided ever. completely untolerated,rude with worst problem solving skills. Miserable behavior towards customers.The staff has got this Attitude just because there location is among the busy streets.

Minimarket. Jangan dibandingkan dengan minimarket Jepang dan Korea. Pilihan makanan siap saji dan dessertnya tidak terlalu banyak. Tapi lumayan kalau males jalan ke supermarket. Harganya tapi jelas lebih mahal daripada supermarket.

They don’t sell a whole water package as other 7/11 stores. The guy called kshna was rude and disrespectful. He asked me to leave while trying to tell him about 7/11 deals of water package. He even doesn’t know about the deal.

Terrible store always dirty.. everything in there is disgusting.. all the beef pies are old and expired.. the donuts are old. No wonder why they haven’t been awarded since 2007.

There is no announcement that pets are not allowed. While I was waiting for coffee, the clerk came out and kept saying that pets were not allowed. Talk like a machine

I don't know why but I always buy cheap coffee there, convenient place as it works 24/7, wish there were more stores in Melbourne which would work late at night

It’s open 24 hours but they don’t open the door while the customer are there while he is moping the floor,mopping the floor is important then the customer.

The perfect small convenience store to get a 7-Eleven coffee on the go and also buy snacks, sweets and pre-packaged meals for work and school for kids.
