There is this Asian looking (5’10”ish) guy at the counter, who is always rude with the customers and also the colleagues. Reading others reviews I can tell it’s just not me but others have also observed this. Today morning, due to coffee machine the coffee spilled all over the cup and around. I requested him to provide a cleaning towel or something. He provided me that and said this machine is overfilling the cups so I better pull the cup out before it overfills. I never mind little spillovers or something but today the cup was all covered with coffee and I couldn’t have a clean hold of it so I prepared a new 1dollar coffee and bought a muffin too. When I reached the counter he wanted me to pay for both the coffees and was very very rude when I was totally quiet and told him that the cup was so filthy that I couldn’t have a hold of him so I had to make another coffee and he himself asked me to pull out the cup before it overspills. He said he said so for the next time not this time. Now I want to ask 7 eleven if it’s my fault that the machine overfills the cups and it’s all covered with coffee from outside?? Like I said little overfill I’m okay with and had always been okay with but this time it was all messy. Her I rest my case. I guess this counter guy is careless and doesn’t even want to work normal stuff so he’s always grumpy. Hope 7 eleven take a note of this?? Thanks!!!

I have been regular in this store for last 3 weeks or so.. always around 10-10:30 am. The guy in the store is really rude. He is always on his phone and does not respond very well. I asked about a promotion today and he got super defensive. Rudely asked me to check the screen if I wanted to... it was just a $1 coffee, I was just asking about it. I am not going back m. if possible avoid the joint altogether

Very rude customer service, me n my friends usually go there to hv coffee but this is the second time i have noticed there is one tall Asian guy , very rude by nature once he get upset when we asked for tissues n this time he literally behaved in a way as if he wants to kick us out of the store. N he usually works in the afternoon. We r definitely not going back there.

It's never open when I need something the morning this the 3rd time in amonth. The bell rings no one in the store. 711 please get a franchisee who wants give a good service not this kind of stupids who doesn't understand service. I work nearby. I saw they clean coffee machine almost everyday. Make sure milk is fresh and I feel comfortable to buy coffee here. I saw in another 7eleven coffee machine with flies around. The only point that I don't understand is that why they have to clean always during lunch break when most customers need to use the machine

The clerk was rude and very unprofessional. Had no idea about good work ethics. He was yelling at his colleague. Couldn't even help me find items around the store. Most important of all, he was not adhering to convenience store standards. I tried a card transaction, demanded cash. His name was Jerry. I believe he was trying something

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Name "JERRY" doesn't even know basic manners. Asked me rudly to wear mask bcz it was not properly at my nose, while at the same time billing 2 other customers without mask. Get some basic customer service training how to speak nicely.

very very rude staff not even responding to the customers and not even caring about the food which I took don't even visit the store you will be treated in the same way and using his phone always not even greeting the customers, all this credit belongs to JERRY

Very rude and unfriendly staff. The guy literally told me off from heating the food saying the microwave can get dirty. And i had to leave with cold food in my hands and this was my only break to have lunch. What a person running a retail business. 0 stars!

Clean and convenient 7-11 in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Was served both mornings by Jerry who was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me locate items. It's rare that a convenience store can make a positive impression on a customer. Good stuff!

Worst 7 eleven I ever visit. I went there for for breakfast but asian guy said wear mask even coffee in my hand he said get out from store how ridiculous he was. Don't visit there. No option for zero rating otherwise I like to give it.

Bought a sandwich and coffee this morning, went back to get a sauce packet and the guy wouldn’t give me one unless I bought another sandwich LOL I’ve spent thousands at 7-11 and they couldn’t give me a packet of sauce

Staff is rude and not helpful! Same a other reviewer's comment, the staff just sit at the counter and take payment, don't bother asking for their assistance of anything in store. Will never ever come back again!

That staff working at 8:30 am is super rude and unprofessional . i recommend all not to visit this store as i had to leave because of the way he was talking . 0 star

Every morning half hour thus shop is closed for toilet break, interesting what he 30 min in toilet, never more use this shop!
