One of the worst store I have seen in Australia. I tried to purchase sausage roll with offer to redeem($1 ea) and store does not even consider to give the offers which 7/11 provides and asks us to pay without any offer. Please don’t visit this store and try to redeem the offers.

Less than 100m from one of Melbourne's hot hotels, the worker at this store serving food and drink refuses to wear a mask during lockdown. He believes that the perspex screen is enough to keep him (and his customers) safe. Avoid literally like the plague

Wish could rate 0 star. Bought 2 for $8 items and it was $13. I was already hovering my card over the machine, so it was too late when I realized the price difference. I though he refunded at the time but never got the refund back.

Customer service extremely poor when presented with cash after her facing the eftpos at me, then snatched my cash from me before slapping the change hard on the counter!

The staff is very rude. Especially the staff working at night who think they own the store. Please make sure you hire staff who are friendly!

I’ve been here a couple of time, regular 7/11 with essential items. We bought beef pies and I also drunk hot chocolate. Polite staff.

It's OK for buying coffee... Other stuff is costlier in comparison to Coles Supermarket. Prices are almost twice in many cases.

Prices are different when you actually pay. And the staff give no-surprise face to you when complaint.

The person that works on Wednesday is a idiot he closes the store in morning so he can mop the floor
