I normally have a great customer service at 7-11, it's my local convenience store and regularly waste a lot of money here. I always take my own reusable cup and grab a $1 coffee, saving trees by not using a paper cup, "reduce, reuse, recycle". Tonight (10th June at 17:45) I got a coffee and topped up my cup with a little bit of hot milk only to be told that I have to pay an extra dollar for it! After politely explaining that I always use my own cup and don't top up with extra milk every time, and that not using a paper cup saves 7-11 money etc he lost his temper told me to f**k off, get out of the shop and not bring my own cup. I told him his behavior was disgusting at which he replied that I was disgusting and again told me to f**k off all in front of a shop full of customers. I'm genuinely shocked at such erratic behavior and disgustingly poor customer service. I probably should have given him the coffee back and not paid for any of it. I took his photo, have uploaded it to google and will be lodging a formal complaint.

Rocked up to get newspapers for work at 4:19am on 21/04/2019 and there was a sign on the door that said "Be back at 5am". Just to be clear, no it did not say "Be back in 5" or Back at 5". It specifically said "Be back at 5am".......40 mins seems like a long time to close a business that is supposed to be open 24 hours. I've had this on other occasions in the same place, where I've waited outside (no sign on the door) and called the phone several times, but noone came out for 15 mins. No explanation, no apology......Might wanna look into what your night staff are getting up to

Giving this place a half way rating seen as 5/10 there's a lovely lady serving me who's really friendly and gets the job done but I've been in before and there's a god awful man serving his blunt, rude and couldn't care less.

Lolz the old St Kilda Post Office and CES office used to be in this very strip! Still it's a pretty good 7-11 store though, abit cramped but otherwise okay, good for a quick nip of coffee when you need it!

I have experienced excellent customer service, above and beyond. From Faisal, thank you for remembering I topped up my Myki yesterday.
